Having read the guarantee 10 years right to repair I thought great idea. However in practice it's useless if there is poor customer service. The power washer was great up to about 10 uses and 8 months old.. Then it started leaking from inside machine. Contacted Ava no response. Better of sticking to a buying another brand from a local DIY shop. Update got a response try online trouble shooting. Said to take it apart myself. I established leak but needs thinner screwdriver to get the whole unit out of case. Part is 1 pound. Obviously cheap crap. Postage a whopping 12 pounds for a plastic pipe 2 inches long. Shocking.

I ordered a P60 Evo on the basis of positive reviews here and elsewhere on Youtube. However, I feel the time has come to question the wisdom of recommending anything from this company given the appalling experience I have had from them. Order still not fulfilled after 2 months, Delays reported to be due to repeated machine failures they are trying to iron out or Red Sea delays. They don't communicate, especially with their retailers. They tell retailers to issue refunds without assuring the retailer they will be refunded. A total joke. I will be more than happy to update these comments if I hear something positive about my order but as it stands, if you are considering ordering an Ava product, from my experience my advice would be DON'T

I've been a customer for nearly a year now and I've not been disappointed on e not in the slightest, I had a issue with my washer and didn't want to fix it myself so my item was collected fixed and returned as it had 20 year warranty what more could you ask for. All the accessories that I need come straight from AVA and what a swift and smooth service every time absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend AVA to anyone and all my friends and family for pressure washers. Great service fantastic product or I should say products as I love the foam lances durable hoses and so on

For Part 3 of my ongoing nightmare experience with Ava please read below: 7. Power Washer Failure Part 7 – More excuses: a) Situation: On 8 August, Ava responded to Craigmore with the following: “I apologize for not answering to the refund request. Since the customer had to wait so long to get a reply from us, we can offer him to a full refund as a sign of goodwill even though the machine is over 1 year old. If he wants to keep the machine, we can also offer to send him accessories with a value of around 50£. He could choose himself which accessoirers he wants to have. My apologies for how this case got handled. We are also working on shorter response times.” b) Observation: I don’t want any more leaky accessories (I reviewed the faulty foam cannon previously) and a power washer that corrodes due to water. Just take away the pain! I’m starting to look forward to putting this behind me and moving to a new chapter in my life. 8. Power Washer Failure Part 8 – Ava can’t collect from Ireland: a) Situation: Craigmore advised that Ava couldn’t collect from Ireland, so they had to arrange collection back to them and Ava would collect from their warehouse. b) Observation: It’s a problem they can’t collect from Ireland. More hassle. Please, avoid Ava. 9. Power Washer Failure Part 9 – Delayed and incomplete refund received from Ava: a) Situation: I boxed up the power washer including accessories, replacement foam cannon and spare parts and shipped to Craigmore. They received it around 8 September. They shipped it back to Norway. I had several emails between myself and Craigmore to get an update on why it was taking so long to receive a refund. Ava finally issued a credit note on 13 October and I received the money on the same day almost 5 months after I initially logged a ticket. b) Observation: You might say you got your refund, so what’s the problem? Well, I paid €476.05 including the large pressure washer bundle. However, Ava in their wisdom decided to only refund me the cost of the power washer (€401.79) even though I sent back everything including accessories. What good are power washer accessories without the power washer? If you have purchased an Ava product too you may well need to return it so if you still have your Ava box, I suggest holding onto it. Ava still has an outstanding balance of €74.26 to pay me since October. Btw, the amount of effort and time I have had to invest into this debacle is substantially more in monetary terms. 10. Power Washer Failure Part 10 – Ava loses returned accessories: a) Situation: When I queried the refund shortfall on 27 October, Craigmore stated that “Your order included machine and accessories. The refund was for machine only. The refund amount is the amount paid for the pressure washer.” Craigmore followed up with Ava on 27 October about the outstanding money owed. It took me several follow up emails until Craigmore heard back from Ava on 11 December stating that: “Please see below from AVA: After speaking to our manager Unfortuntley we are unable to refund the AVA Mop w/ Waterflow (11-110-304) or AVA Mix Microfibre Pads (11-110-305) this is because these items cannot be located. I do apologise for all inconvenience caused.” b) Observation: You've got to be kidding! When I sent back the power washer, I also sent back all the accessories and I was expecting a refund on everything. I don't want any Ava products after the experience I had. I requested a refund for the outstanding balance. Not only is Ava’s customer service a shambles, the accessories and I’m guessing spares that I sent back were either lost or stolen. At this stage it’s not about the money, it’s about letting you know the trouble you may be letting yourself in for if you buy an Ava power washer. 11. Power Washer Failure Part 11 – Refund on Accessories Still Unresolved: a) Situation: I was so frustrated by this whole experience that I left it until after Christmas to pick things up with Craigmore again. I emailed them on 21 January stating that the way I am being treated by Ava is an absolute disgrace. As far as I am concerned, I returned everything including the additional accessories and spare parts. I have been on to Craigmore several times to request updates. b) Observation: Everything apart from the power washer was either mislaid or stolen. Craigmore confirmed that: “Accessories are not warranty items, which may be the reason that these were not credited.” Do you want to buy a power washer when the accessories are not covered under warranty? Craigmore said they would chase it up for me, but I’ve heard nothing back from them since the 5 February. It looks like Craigmore and Ava seem to have washed their hand of the situation. Ava, you still owe me €74.26. It’s not your money. Give it back, NOW! As of 21 February 2024, my unresolved issue is ongoing for 9 months.

Super swift service once the correct part I needed identified . A bit slow on answering emails. Ordered through Norway but sent from Daventry UK , Postage charge blanket £12 would have been cheaper to drive 10miles to Daventry and collect but not given the option. Delivered by Royal Mail and fitted easily through the letter box.

I am having issues with my Smart P60 unit, it is leaking from inside the main body when I switch it on and the motor does not sound too healthy. I am been trying to speak with Liz, who asked if my garage was heated as it might be frost damage....who heats their garage??. I want to try and get the unit repaired but I am struggling to get any sense......can someone HELP ME PLEASE? - thank you

Power washer is leaking water after using for the 2nd time. Have sent 2 emails and tried to call and leave messages but keep getting cut off. No response from AVA to emails. Your customer service is atrocious. Going by your Facebook page you have a lot of unhappy customers with the same problem - no way to contact you. I would give you no stars if I could. Will now be reporting you to Trading Standards. Never buy anything from them.

I've used the smart p50 twice and it has water pouring out from the bottom of the machine. I've contacted you twice and followed your complaint process to no avail so I'm left with no option but to ask for an address to send your product back and ask for a refund

£12 postage is way too expensive as it is, especially when its not first class postage. My first postage on this website was free and i received my item within 3 days. £12 for a item worth £2 is outrageous
