Bought after 1pm so was expecting dispatch on the very next business day, got in touch with customer service on the second business day after order and still didn’t had any dispatch date yet so requested full refund. Customer service said it was a technical problem that orders placed that day weren’t dispatched and ever though they were aware of it, they still didn’t had a date for it and didn’t even offered to send it next day delivery since they were behind of what they promise. I got an email for my refund of evolution p70 plus extras (£500+) straight away, hopefully refund will soon follow. Shane was willing to give Ava a try but after hearing and reading so many reviews about their customer service and seeing that they didn’t even cared or try to make it up to me just by sending it next day delivery as it was their fault to make up with a customer that went for their top of range and with some extras. Please note that I didn’t wanted any compensation or any extra accessory. I just wanted for them to dispatch my order that day and with next day delivery as they were two days behind already.

Very well designed pressure washer, I am very impressed. Great company ethos to build tools that can be maintained and repaired by the owner. I have previously had Karcher, Nilfisk and Clarke washers, the AVA is in a different league! Well done AVA

Fast service but the postage cost of £12 for a 90p piece of plastic was a bit ridiculous. After sales service and warranty service seems non existent. Had a fault with my 8 month old pressure washer. Went through the website warranty system twice describing my fault, 72 hours went by with no response so i ended having to not only buy the service part myself, but also the ridiculous postage. All sorted now and the pressure washer is second to none, just a bit disappointed with the lack of follow up.

Postage was more than the item

since paying , I've not heard anything, no update as to when I will receive my order,,happy to take your money as item was in-stock, but since paying Nothing.

The item I wanted was originally out of stock, so I selected the option to be notified via email when it was back in stock, which was very helpful. As soon as I was notified it was back in stock, I placed my order. Clear info, including videos on website and very easy ordering process. Item (GO P55 pressure washer) was delivered quickly, carefully packaged with good tracking info. Just waiting for the premium patio cleaner accessory to come back in stock to try pressure washer out, but all looks good so far.

£12 postage charge for a £1 spare part from a company with a monopoly on supply, and not even a speedy delivery.

After having many power washers that fail after a few years I found AVA with the right to repair and a twenty year guarantee I gave them a go and so far I'm impressed the machine cost more than my last karcher but the difference is evident everything from the hose ,lance, gun,and actual machine is sturdy, the machine is twice the weight of the karcher but as it is wheeled not a problem. I used it for the first time yesterday and the the difference was amazing the foam cannon applied a thick coat that stayed in place where with previous machine it would run off quickly,the supplied nozzles are well thought out the variable one can produce a wide fan perfect for car cleaning.A small amount of assembly is required but nothing major,I haven't tried the other nozzles yet but can't see there being a problem .to keep the warranty you have to service the machine every 5 years service kits are available and also utube instructions on how to carry them out .

Ava is a reputable company that values customer satisfaction. Despite experiencing an issue with an attachment for my pressure washer, they promptly resolved the problem by replacing the faulty part. I highly recommend Ava pressure washers and their exceptional customer service.

Great product dispatched very quickly. However DPD just left the parcel without knocking or ringing the bell. Looking forward to better weather so I can put the AVA to good use

After a wait for AVA UK to be restocked I ordered my Evolution P70 on late on 27th February and it arrived on 29th within the time stated. This was earlier than the March date they had on their site. All good! Assembly instructions were by diagrams. Pretty straightforward with only a tiny bit of head scratching. Everything fitted well and was surprised and pleased that a 0.6L premium foam gun was included instead of the basic one. Between the heavy rain downpours I managed to get into the garden and try it on the patio. It was brilliant. The 20° spray very easily got rid of the winter grime, but I will finish it when the weather is warmer. I bought this pressure washer mainly for car washing and hopefully tomorrow will be using it for this. What I did notice was that the hose reel worked better than expected and the the way the lance, guns and attachments fitted to the machine was excellent and will definitely make me happy making things simpler and organised. The thing I didn't like was the power cable reel. The cable was stiff and difficult to wind up and collected dirt so I don't use it. Much easier to make big loops over the machine. This is a small gripe as the unit is a beast and will do what I bought it for. To make washing my car easier and quicker.

Had a problem with the lance on my AVA power washer. Reported it to AVA customer services. Sent photos and proof of purchase and a free replacement was sent within days together with free first aid kit. Excellent customer service.

I haven't used my GO P55 pressure washer yet. However once it was available, it was promptly dispatched and arrived well boxed and on time. My only frustration was that the product was out of stock for 2 months. I am though looking forward to using it

Had email to order the stock . Ordered paid & then no delivery . Found out they had refunded it without any email to me as to why. Now I keep receiving these emails asking for a review on a product never even received . Gutted as I had high expectations & let down from onset!

Had a problem with the hose splitting on my Ava power washer, sent them an email which was promptly replied to and after filling out a form and suppliying pictures a replacement hose was sent out to me within two days, Can't praise Ava enough for their customer service and the quality of their products.
