Great product to have. Order arrived quickly.

I placed an order for 2 Fire Blankets on 12/12/24 and still have not received my order. I have sent an email and have not received a response. But I continue to get emails to place new orders stating how quick the response time is. Not true…good luck if you place an order.

I wasn’t receiving my order so called after hours and left a message. I got a call the very next day. Very cordial and appreciative of my business.

The above is what I received from Prepared Hero, but only after posting my dissatisfaction on Trust Pilot. I find their approach to dealing with requests for refunds are the tactics of an unethical company by offering 40% of the purchase price for you to go away, not their 30 day money back guarantee on their website. I replied to their email offering $40 and to keep the two pens, one that won’t charge the battery and the other one that must be within an inch to detect the signal of a cell phone. Still waiting for a response and or an authorization number to return the defective devices.

Bought 4 fire blankets as Christmas gifts and kept one for our home. It was on the kitchen counter waiting to be hung on a hook when we had our first kitchen fire in 40 years. My husband grabbed the tabs, pulled out the blanket, and put it over the flaming oil in the pan. He was so relieved that the blanket saved us from a larger drama. So grateful we had it!

Getting my small order shipped took 7 days. Seems a little slow given that many orders were for Christmas gifts. Arrived after Christmas, ordered on 12/13.

Date was approximately 12/20. 5 days before Christmas and I was panicking about my order not making it here. I contacted Prepared Hero. They tracked my package and sure enough it arrived on time. Impressed with Prepared Hero quick response to my concerns

After surviving a home fire this past summer and loosing everything I am very supportive of having all tools available in your home in case of a fire. These blankets can prevent a major catastrophe.

I ordered 2 month ago and was guaranteed to receive it by the 3 week. It still hasn’t arrived and they just cancelled my order for no reason. Delayed replies and constantly giving me false information. Horrible customer service.

Product was exactly as advertised; delivery was VERY prompt; packaging was much better than average. Now we pray never to have need for our fire blankets!

No update on order, intended for Christmas gift, no show. I called, put on hold for 13 minutes then received message to send an email. Suspecting fraud at this point. Shameful

I ordered directly from Prepared Hero a packet of 4 blankets and 1 hook. The hook arrived promptly but the blankets took almost 3 weeks after order was placed. I sent 2 emails and the response did not address my remaining part of my order. I had no update on my order. I feel that there could have been better communication. I realize that this was during the holiday season.

I purchased the 4-pack of fire blankets. The price was good, my order was processed and shipped quickly and I received the order just in time for Christmas. Thanks for the great service!

The items were delivered in a timely manner and I appreciated that. I haven't opened the blanket that will stay at my house but my adult daughter was checking them out and if she is happy to have one -- after that -- I KNOW that we are going to feel a bit safer re unexpected in-house fire.

I ordered as Xmas presents a month ago, I haven't received them nor is there any tracking info. I called the ph number but could not get through. I also sent an email that was returned undeliverable.Thinking Ive been scammed.

Though I haven't used this product yet, it seems to be a great tool to have in case of an emergency. I had no issue with delivery.

I received an order confirmation, but they never shipped my order. Ordered early in Dec for Christmas presents, and its now Jan I have yet to receive the product or a response from 3 emails following up.
