Placed an order Dec 4/2024. Policy said order by Dec 12 for guaranteed delivery by December 24. It is January 14 and it has not shipped. My credit card was charged on Dec 4. I cannot reach anyone when I call. No one is returning e-mails. I want to believe they are just overrun from the holidays but I'm starting to wonder if this website is actually a scam with a pretty face.

No problem with transaction part, but it took a while to arrive. I emailed asking for an update, but no one responded. Otherwise, it looks like a good product. I am trying to figure out how to hang them on the inside of a cabinet door. Maybe a good Command strip hook, but I'm not sure if that will hold when the blanket is pulled.

I placed an order for several fire blankets in mid-November, intending them as Christmas gifts. Immediately after, I realized that they would be shipped through the mail, and our postal service was on strike, so I sent an email requesting they cancel the order. Their response was that once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. I have had several communications with their customer service team which, among other things, contained their promise to attempt to retrieve the package and to look into other options for delivery besides the mail. On Jan 7, they sent an email with a tracking number for my order. When I clicked through to the tracking, the message was that due to a high volume of orders, they hadn’t even shipped mine yet. Two months after placing an order, I have nothing but their empty promises.

Ordered fire blanket on 12/24/2024 and it was charged to my visa. As of 1/13/2025 have not received my fire blanket. When will i receive it?

Hero was mailed quickly and were helpful Christmas gifts.

I am more at ease now that I found this product. I have fire extinguishers but in a panic I am not sure I would remember how to use them properly. Also, delivery was very fast.

I was able to purchase something that would really help/save my family. I purchased 6 of the bags and gave each family one, of course I kept one for our home. :-) Everyone was thrilled to received one. I was so able to do to this due to the price I purchased it from. Now I feel safer about my family. Great product.

I can only reply to the ordering and shipping aspects considering that I am yet to use the product. Truthfully, I hoping to not have to use it. Nevertheless, I am delighted with the packaging and the apparent ease of use. The time from ordering to receive ink was a bit longer than expected; when the products arrived they were well packaged and seem to be in good working order.

Ordered multiply of this product hoping to get them by Christmas but no such luck. Even worse news they still are not here after more than two weeks. The delivery said it would be 2-4 business days. That’s not even close. Can’t tell if the product is good or not but the service certainl is NOT.

Hello, I had a great experience received my order with no issues, However I have a friend who placed an order before Christmas, they were paid and email sent they were “on the way”, but she never received them. She has reached out but can’t get a response ftom Prepared Hero.

This is a scam. I ordered 5 of these fire blankets for Christmas gifts on December 1, 2024 and have never received them. I have received emails claiming the blankets are "on the way" probably to keep me from letting people know they are scammers. Do not purchase from Prepared Hero Family Partnership on Facebook. Use Amazon instead. Lesson learned.

I gave these as gifts to my family/friends. Everyone was really grateful and I feel so good about giving them away to help protect them from a possible disaster.

While I believe that this is a good product, their customer service (if you want to call it that) is very poor. The email address is inactive. No one answers the phone. I ordered 6 blankets and only received two. After weeks of waiting for the other 4 to ship, and silence from this company, I had to get PayPal involved for a partial refund.

My purchase was so that I could present them as gifts for Christmas. Each one who received one was so thankful after seeing advertisements about a fire blanket. No one has had to use it yet, thank God but it feels good to have a great plan in case it does, thank you

Scam. Don't Buy. I ordered 4x blankets on Nov 27 and have not received them. I waited until the Canada Post strike was over (in case that was the issue) but requested a refund in emails on Jan 2 and Jan 7 and have not been refunded. The first email at least received an email that read: "Due to extremely high demand, we're experiencing a larger-than-expected volume of orders. Rest assured, our team is working around the clock to ship your order as quickly as possible. If your order has a tracking number, you can follow its progress here: If you don’t have a tracking number yet, don’t worry; you do not have to take any action. We’re closely monitoring your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery, We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience and understanding." This must be a scam and I'm sad that I fell for it but hope others will heed this email (and others here) and not fall for this!

For Christmas, my husband and I bought the hero blanket for both our kids and ourselves so that we can have peace of mind if or when a fire happens. Thank you.

I made a great Christmas gift to my kids for there homes. I want them safe.

I ordered 4 fire blankets and a hook. The hook arrived promptly, however I am still waiting for the blankets. Multiple phone calls and was on hold then told to contact them via email. Emails were undeliverable. No way to contact them.
