Ordered (and paid for) 12 fire blankets on 12/9/24 and nearly two months later I still have not received them nor can I get any assistance through their customer service email or phone number. Very disappointing and would not recommend them :(

I have seen your blankets advertised for some time now, but this time I felt an overwhelming nudge to go ahead and purchase for us and our children’s homes. Not even one week after receiving, my daughter decided at midnight she was going to deep fry some potatoes that were given to her for fries. She put a lid on (to get the oil really hot 🥵) as the directions said hot oil. Before she knew it flames were shooting up towards the ceiling. She screamed for her husband and grabbed the blanket. He threw it on and got it under control in no time. I can’t even believe the timing of it all. Or what would have transpired had we not purchased the blankets. Will probably have to retire it, but the blanket did its job for sure! Thank you for this superior product! And I thank God for the nudge to make sure each one in our family had one.

Yesterday, (1-30-25) I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase the Prepared Hero fire suppression blankets/towels. It was only after my purchase that I found out they didn’t ship to PO Boxes. I immediately contacted customer support to let them know I had a street address they could use. I kindly asked them to please contact me so I knew they had the new address. To my utter surprise they got right back to me to let me now everything was updated! I can honestly say this is the first time that a customer support team actually replied to me to ensure me that all was good. I can’t say enough about this experience! Thank you Prepared Hero for thinking about the customer first.

The product is great and I appreciated the discount when purchasing more. I was able to afford to purchase 12 fire blankets at one time. So, not only do I feel more prepared in my home but my extended family each have one for their homes which makes me feel better for their homes being prepared as well. I was a little disappointed it took 2 weeks to deliver, but when I reached out about an ETA or shipping info they responded quickly. Will definitely purchase in the future for gifts.

When I told the company that my order hadn't arrived (probably because of Canada's postal strike) they got a replacement shipment out to me right away. It was delivered to me two days later! Super service!

I will always chck where product is coming from to expensive to order from the States. I was looked after efficiently and fast. Thank you

My item never shipped. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to resend my address which I did but no one ever responded after that. Hopefully this is a fluke and not how they usually conduct business.

I was inspired to purchase the blanket from testimonies I saw on Facebook. I purchased a four pack and sent one each to my sons. We all feel reassured that we can meet the challenge of a fire with this blanket.

Just got them as a preventative safety kit. Am giving them to the kids for their homes as well as ours. Fortunately haven’t had to use them.

I’m pleased with the organization, but I ordered a single product a month ago and after the initial confirmation, I have not received any sort of update on the status of my order. Really looking forward to receiving my shipment and offering a positive review.

The company had a really good sale, especially for multiples. So I ordered a total of six fire blankets. I plan to give one to each of my adult family members. Hopefully none of us need to use it. But as the saying goes, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. So we'll be covered if needed. Thank you for such a good deal.

I am a Canadian senior citizen, female, aged 73. I get scammed a lot online, but am never able to figure out how to get my money back… To my absolute DELIGHT, this is an honest company. Just before Christmas I bought a fire blanket for each and every one of my family and loved ones. We had a postal strike at the time of order, so I knew they wouldn’t be here anytime soon. I have my complete order now - have had it for a week or so. I am waiting until the next time I see everyone, as some family live further away, to give them each their Prepared Hero fire blanket. So far only one person has received theirs, and have had no incidents to report its use. The person I gave it to was very excited to receive it since she has experienced a fire in the past and is well aware how quickly they can spread. I feel good for protecting friends and family, and the recipients are happy too. WIN - WIN!!

Excellent customer service. You don’t get that anymore so I really appreciate the prompt service and responses. I had to cancel my order and they promptly replied and sent a refund. I will for sure be ordering at another time when they aren’t so backlogged. Great company to deal with. Thanks so much.

I have purchased the blankets on January 16, 2025 and have as of yet received a confirmation number or shipping number even though the money has been paid by PayPal. I have been reading the reviews about the customer service and believe I may have made a mistake upon purchase. I wrote customer service and hope for response, but it looks like the company has not improved since 2022.

Easy order process and instalation. Makes me feel safe that it's available, just in case.

I ordered 4 Fire Spray cans and I got them within a week. I also ordered 2 Fire Blankets and I got them within a month. There was probably a longer delay in getting the Fire Blankets because they were very high in demand. The main thing is that I have them now and I feel much more secure in case of a fire.

Who knows if these blankets actually work. You just buy it and throw it in a kitchen cabinet for a fire that will never happen. Well, I found out. My portable phone charger exploded and started a fire. The Prepared Hero blanket saved our house. I was able to put out the fire and mitigate the damage while the fire department was on the way. Since we know this stuff works in an unfortunate and scary event like this, we just purchased many more products to ensure we're even more prepared if this ever happens again. For our second purchase, we decided to buy the XL fire blankets due to the size of this fire. The regular size worked, but feel the XL will be that much better. Thanks, Prepared Hero!

My order of 4 fire blankets has not shown up in almost a month. The Prepared Hero support people have been prompt and transparent in apologizing for the delay which has been caused by high demand and a Canadian Postal Service strike. They remain in touch with updates and I'm sure things will be resolved soon.

Easy to order and delivery was quick. Fortunately, we haven’t had to use it but it hangs nicely in an easy to reach location.
