I hope to never have to use it. Going to see my son soon so I will bring him a couple. I love the simplicity of it and no mess like a fire extinguisher. Not sure I would even know how to use one in a panic situation. Maybe when I see my son we will test one and videotape it for you.

I have never received my order from Dec. 16, 2024! I understand being overwhelmed with orders, but you are still advertising and can't even get orders from a month ago to your customers! I wanted to promote your company, but I guess I should have ordered from Amazon! Apparently they can get these items to customers! You have had my money for a month (over $100) and I still have no product! I am done waiting and either want my items or money refunded to my Paypal Account. I am tired of hearing "We have your order and will get it to you"....WHEN!

I have been unable to reach Customer Service and my emails are not being answered. I ordered 4 Fire Blankets as Christmas presents and they were delivered timely. I then ordered 4 Fire Blanket hooks on December 21st and they were delivered on December 22nd or 23rd. I couldn't believe they came so fast. Unfortunately one of the hooks had no adhesive backing. I sent an email immediately asking that they either send me the adhesive backing or a new hook. I have sent at least two follow-up emails and called many times. I wasn't given the opportunity to leave a message. The voicemail said I would get quicker response by emailing. I understand with Christmas orders there may be a backlog but I sent my first email almost a month ago and Prepared Hero had had plenty of time to respond.

After placing an order for Christmas and it not arriving, I emailed only to find out that I hadn't provided a complete address. The response was prompt and thorough. A few weeks later I had still not received my order so I emailed again. Immediate reply stated that it was on its way. The package arrived the same day. I have been so impressed with the wonderful customer service.

Fast shipping and great product.

I'm still waiting for my order, made on-line Dec 13. Paid in full. I'm getting never ending marketing emails and requests for feedback. When I persist, I've received a couple of emails apologizing for the delay, saying they are overwhelmed with volume. Their phone number is dead but they do not explain why. So.....it's now Jan 17, and I will be patient but I'm disappointed in the confusing communication and being left in the dark.

I received one for a gift for Christmas and bought one for each of my children and an additional one for second home we own.

I have fire blankets and extinguishers available if needed. Using a fire blanket to smother a fire is much more effective than trying to control it with a spray. In my experience, the mess caused by a spray can be almost as bad as losing a meal—and it could lead to $2,000 in repairs. I keep fire blankets in my bedroom (2 tied together), kitchen, and garage. They were a great Christmas gift for me. The wish I have is to see them offer a pair of fire proof oven gloves. I would be in on that in an instant! Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would. I have never received my order of 4 Prepared Hero fire blankets. Each time I send an email enquiring (4times) I get my original order and nothing else. I am so disgusted with this company. All I want is my $78 US back. My cc was charged on Dec 2 2024.

Where is the rest of my order? Four blankets still need to be delivered. Find them and send them please.
