My toaster oven caught fire. Luckily my son and daughter in law had given all of our family your fire blankets for Christmas last year. I pulled my prepared hero out of the drawer and through it on the fire. Fire was out instantly so thankful that I had the blanket, if not my house would have been a total loss. I since have purchased several Prepared Hero blankets for most of my neighbors.

I made a mistake with my order on a Sunday evening. I had wanted to order the Black Friday special and receive 8 blankets for the price of 6. I had placed the order for 6. On Monday I got in touch with Prepared Hero and Ellie answered my call. She went above and beyond in customer care! She got my order which was processing intercepted and canceled. Called me back to let me know and sent and email with my corrected order that all I had to do was pay for. I received the order 2 days later. I ordered 4 fire blankets to give as Christmas gifts. Tracking said the package had been delivered,but I never recieved it. I contacted support and they were quick to investigate. they sent out another package which I recieved in just a couple days! Great customer service!!

I purchased fire blankets for our kids homes and little did I know that I had made my purchase on the american site and was charged US dollars when there is the same offered available in Canada. After reaching out to web site that I had made my purchase I was offered a refund to make up the diffence in price. So happy with this companies response to my situation.

I made a purchase and there was a delivery issue; I did not recieve the blankets. I contacted the Post Office and they said they could not help me. I reached out to Prepared Hero and explained the situation. They were gracious and understanding. The blankets arrived in the mail today. I hope to never need the blankets, but if needed I would definitely purchase again. A+++ Company!!

My order arrived in only a few days. I purchased the fire blankets for myself and my family, we haven't needed to use them and hope we never will, but I have some sense of security now.

I appreciate the prompt service. The videos are very helpful. I found it confusing trying to determine the difference between the various sprays, in other words, why use one instead of another so I just bought the fire spray. Also, prefer products not from China. Nothing against their people, only their government.
