Yama seafood is always reliable and communicative. I’ve only had good experiences which is why I order most of my seafood from them.

Delivery was on time. Wrapping and boxing was excellent and helped preserve the freshness of the tuna and beef for several days. Quality was as always extraordinary and I loved the onion sauce recipe that went with the Wagyu beef. My only suggestion would be to offer the Wagyu beef in thicker slices. Right now it's thinly sliced and best suited for shabu-shabu or Japanese yakiniku. Even if Yama offered just 1/2 inch thick pieces, 5 minutes on the grill and it would be better than any other beef steak available!
