The cost is pricey. A lot of items have no supply

Quality is good but the cut is not great and creates lot of waste. Specially O-Toro had big deep cracks which was a completely wreck to deal with. Hamachi had bone still in, thankfully i took it out. And such thin portion from belly, which completely ruined my plan to make a good sashimi.
