I love your fish and have always had good experiences. One of my salmon filets was damaged and still had a few pin bones in it. The other salmon filet and the chu toro were perfect - just expect a little more care from the ‘Japanese select’ pieces. Update - the owner personally reached out and asked about what went wrong. I appreciate their care for the customer and ensuring they made it right for me. Thanks
