Shipment came in the next day, perfectly packaged and as described. We ordered king salmon, chutoro, and negitoro - all amazing! The salmon was especially delicious. Will definitely be ordering again for our next special occasion.

What a fun & unique night with our 2 adult kids! We all had a great time making sushi together on Christmas Eve. The instructions were very clear & easy to follow & it tasted yummy. The only negative was that the order was delivered a couple hours later than the scheduled 4.5 hour window but fortunately we live in a condo where it could be held at the front desk in a cool area & it was also packaged well with ice packs. We would definitely recommend & we will likely do this again.

Best Source for Home or Professional Chefs This was my second order from Yama and it did not disappoint; the salmon belly, amberjack and tuna kama were top tier! Yama will be my favorite place for holiday feasts from now on. Delivery was on time and packed very well. The only suggestion is maybe try to reduce the packaging a bit to be environmentally friendly.
