United States | 24 November 2022I sent my iPhone in put that it was carrier locked (sprint/T-Mobile or any other carrier) but in flawless condition a received an offer for $122. It was delivered 11/18/22 a just barley on 11/23/22 they get back to me saying they can only offer less than half of what the GUARANTEE offer is. Cause the device is locked. I told them it was locked from the get go. Everything they have claimed on their website has been a deceiving lie. The whole process has been a dishonest joke!!! On their website you go to “Sell your device” then it ask which device you have to sell? “Apple iphone (all models)” Then it lists all the iPhone, I click on Apple iPhone XR-X & 8. Then is list for iPhone XR -Apple iPhone Xr (Sprint/T-Mobile or Any Other Major Carrier) -Apple iPhone Xr (Factory Unlocked or AT&T/Verizon) -Apple iPhone X (Sprint/T-Mobile or Any Other Network) Or -Apple iPhone X (Factory Unlocked or AT&T/Verizon Only) And I selected-“Apple iPhone X (Sprint/T-Mobile or Any Other Network)” I didn’t select unlocked. I selected or sprint/T-Mobile or any other network. Your company’s way of asking if it’s locked an if so by what carrier! So I proceed on a get a GUARANTEED offer of $122. So I ship it off your company receives it Friday the 18th but it takes til the 23rd to get at professional reply from the company a then you try a give me half of the GUARANTEED OFFER. After i already stated it was locked prior to shipping it to you guys. Like I stated before. DISHONEST & DECEITFUL!!!

United States | 03 September 2022I sent in a device a month ago, got confirmation it was delivered, but have yet to receive payment. Their website says 30 day price guarantee, and it’s been 30 days, so that guarantee is no longer. I emailed twice, politely, over a couple weeks, didn’t hear back, and then texted, and finally got through to someone who told me they’d send the payment the next day, but it’s now been almost another week and there’s nothing. The payment is only for a few dollars, but the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been frustrating and disappointing. Edit: I received the payment immediately after writing this review. I appreciate it, but as another reviewer mentioned, it shouldn't have taken a negative review (and four other times of my reaching out throughout the month) to finally get paid and have them follow through with their word.

I actually had questions and their text message service was fast and easy to use and a reply was received quick each time. I will be using again!!

That changed with my recent sale of an iPhone 6s when there occurred complications not of anyone's making, but still problematic. It took quite a long time for all to get resolved, but Jen (surely a company heroine) stayed with it and eventually we got it all solved in a most happy manner. At no time was I left feeling frustrated and helpless as happens with many companies. Compliments to buymypod and their customer-friendly policies. I will certainly deal with them again and recommend them to friends and family.

United States | 06 June 2022HERE IS THE EDIT: NEW REVIEW: Matthew came through today and actually put a payment through. I did have faith in him - as I had stated in my earlier review - he does seem genuine. Proceed with a little caution and keep things straight forward and I think you'll do well. Earlier review: It started out ok, as with others. I'm waiting to see what happens and will change my review if I receive my payment within the next few days. They received my iPad on May 23rd. I had done the correct protocol of resetting it to factory state. Logged into my account and removed the device. They got in touch with me on Thursday, May 26th and said they needed my passcode. Gave them the passcode and everything was ok and was told they'd be done processing it by morning (May 27th). I have had contact with them since then, but still have not received a payment. Matthew seems very genuine and nice. so I'm hoping to hear back from him and actually get a payment.

I'm very impressed with their service and would recommend to anyone :)

Payment was issued directly to my Apple Pay account. I will be sending all my devices to BuyMyPod electronics for the foreseeable future! Awesome service.

United States | 20 April 2022I sent two ipods to them in February, and have yet to see any check from them. I did get a response on March 24th saying they would complete the order and send my check within 3-6 days. As of today, still haven't seen anything yet. Be careful in dealing with this company. After putting up this review, I got an immediate response from and the transaction was completed and the money sent right away. So overall, I got what I expected, just shouldn't have to put a bad review to get results.
