I sent in two iPhones last week and received my payment only four days after delivery. Was great dealing with them and will definitely be sending more things to them in the future!

United States | 14 August 2020I had an older iPod Touch that BuyMyPod was offering the best rate for. I sent it off in late June and everything seemed great. Frequent and professional communication, confirmation of delivery on July 1 with a promise to be notified upon completion (their website states within 4 business days). On July 17, having not heard anything, I tried reaching out on their website with no response. On July 19, I texted the number on their website and got a quick response from a representative with a promise to send payment by 9am on July 20. On August 10, I realized I never got a check so texted again. On August 11, I got a response apologizing that the check was never delivered and offering to cancel and send via Apple Pay or Zelle. I took the Zelle payment and texted my Zelle details. Two days later, still no payment so I sent a reminder text and had the funds within minutes. So, it shouldn't have taken nearly two months and without my persistence, I suspect it would have fallen through the cracks. That said, the company was responsive when pressed and in the end the transaction was completed as promised.

United States | 09 August 2020The initial process with BuyMyPod was extremely easy and quick. On January 28th, I received the confirmation that my iPod was received and payment was being sent. After two months, I sent a message to the company since I never received a check. I sent another message and even tried to call, but still no response. It is now August 8th. I'm extremely disappointed. No communication, poor customer service, no money received, and my iPod was kept. I wouldn't recommend sending your products to this company. Updated: I received a quick response and apology for the initial check not being received. BuyMyPod has resolved the situation and I've received payment.

After not receiving any payment, I emailed their customer support line and got no response. As of writing this in July, I still haven't been paid or contacted.
