When I first saw this website I was unsure first if it will pay or not. When I started the process I thought it was going to be long before I got paid. I completed my order on 6/10/20 took a minute to print due to no printer. Took 5 days to receive shipping. They received my package on 6/16/20. It takes 4 business days to process from time they receive your merchandise until payment will be received. I did Apple Pay because it was easier than getting a check in the mail. I received my payment on 6/20/20 via Apple Pay. Once you receive payment you can deposit your money into your bank account or do instant payment to what ever debt card you have in file. I did instant it only took 30 min I still got my money. I will be doing business with this company in the future again. #itisnotascamrealdeal#

This company received my Apple Watch on April 22nd. I waited and waited and finally contacted them. They got back to me a month later and said my watch was still connected to the cloud. I did everything right and even double checked using the steps the company gave me. They said they would send the watch back. Another week or so went by and I texted the owner of the company for tracking information on my watch. Three days later he said he would get the information for me ASAP. A day went by and nothing so obviously they didn’t even ship it yet or they would have tracking information for me. At this point I guess I have to file a claim with the BBB or small claims court since they’ve basically stolen my property. Edit: company sent me tracking information. Didn’t receive watch. They finally wrote back again and said they gave me the wrong tracking information. Today I finally received my watch back and it’s now worth $20 less as an Apple trade in.

Easy to deal with. It took longer that I thought to get to them but that was probably due to the mail and COvid. I was happy to get rid of it and receive a small amount but at least something for it.

I am changing this to four stars. I was finally able to reach someone and they immediately deposited the money I was owed.

Mathew is a true gentleman. I had to text a time or two, but buymyipod.com came thru like a champ. I was offered $170 for my Apple 4 watch, but during these times I told Mathew I would be happy with $130. I still received the $170. Kudos

After reading everything on their website and reading the amazon reviews I decided to go with them to sell my ipod. They emailed me the label and I sent it the next day. Their website says they received it on 3/5 but there has still been no payment or communication. I tried contacting them where it said contact us I guess it was an email so I waited a few days but no response. So I texted them yesterday and it says they "typically" reply in an hour no response so I tried again today and I'm still waiting on an answer. It's kinda frustrating that you can't talk to a person. It wouldn't be so bad if they did what they advertised. UPDATE... Matthew reached out to me after posting this review and I received payment today. I do realize things have been a little crazy with all thats been going on. I appreciate how quickly this was handled so I'm changing this from 2 to 4 stars. I do feel they could have a better way to communicate but they did give me a really good price on my ipod.

Finally received a reduced amount after 8 months, and 9 contacts with the company, most of which they never even replied to me. It was a laborious process. I am not changing my rating from 1 star because it was totally NOT WORTH IT. I have been trying to get my payment from them since July 2019 for an iPod Touch. After 7 attempts to contact them and rectify the situation, and them only replying twice, I have turned this over to the Better Business Bureau in hopes they will have better luck than me. BuyMyPod never replied to the 3 times I submitted the online form on their website. They only replied via the texting number 2 out of the 4 times I messaged it. They promised payment two of those times via check, but it has yet to happen. The last time I contacted them, they sent me $30 via Apple Pay, but I told them to take it back and send me a check as that is not what we agreed to. I do not do Apple Pay. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. It's not worth the frustration and has been an awful experience for me personally. It should not take over 7 months to get a $30 check. I have kept records of all contacts with them, except for the 3 original messages as their system did not send any notice to me back that it was received, so it was impossible to catalog. I just want my $30 check like the site advertises, is that too hard to ask?

It was overall a good experience. Got a good price for an older iPod. Everything was arranged from the other end, they sent postage label, tracking information etc. very efficient. The reason for the one star deduction is that despite what is said on the website, responses to my texts didn’t come “immediately” as stated. Otherwise, payment was quick once I made actual contact. I’d do it again.

I was a little nervous sending my Apple Watch in for trade-in value but the website showed a location in my home state and they answer Text questions promptly. Pleased with the price and service, and happy to recommend. Thank you guys, happy to #shoplocal at an organization that also has an Amazon presence.

1/28/2020. Update: BuyMyPod came through and finally sent me payment for my second iPodtouch. They apologized for the confusion, which I appreciated. I just wish I could have spoken with someone because I think this issue would have been cleared up way more quickly. So I have changed my rating to 3 stars because this business is legit, but the communication could have been a lot better to reduce my worry. 1/3/20 It's very odd, but I had one decent experience selling an iPodtouch to BuyMyPod and now a poor experience with a second iPodtouch. When I sent the first iPodTouch, it took a month and multiple emails/texts to BuyMyPod before I received my money, which I received on 11/5/19. I sent a second iPodTouch on 11/6/19 and it was delivered to him 11/8/19. I emailed BuyMyPod via their chat on their website on 12/7/19 & 1/2/2020 to find out the status. I did not hear anything from him until I submitted this review. Then I got an email from BuyMyPod on 1/3/20 asking me what the problem is since he sent me the money for the 1st iPodTouch. I emailed him back to tell him that I was waiting for the money for the second iPodTouch. It's now 1/27/20 and I have not heard anything more. This is frustrating because I really thought BuyMyPod was legit after I received money for the first iPodTouch, which is why I then sent him my second iPodTouch.
