When I sent my iPod Touch using their shipping label, the USPS lost the package (this is documented). BuyMyPod's policy is to pay their offer in that case, according to the website (they must have insurance, probably from USPS). The website says they want to hear from customers for any problems. So far I have emailed twice with all details, and used their website page to contact them also. No response whatsoever. So much for their reimbursement policy in case of loss, as well as their claim to be responsive.
