Astasia and her team were great! I'd highly recommend them to anyone buying a property. Don't be afraid of working with an online or remote solicitor in another city! As first time buyers, Astasia and Jake (and everyone in their office, really) were always available to answer any of our questions and answer our many phone calls! We completed the whole process to completion in under 25 days - even our estate agent had never seen this happen before! It was so refreshing to work with a team that was okay to work over email and phone as needed - and with prompt responses too! All our initial documents were scanned and sent over email to start with (along with post) but avoiding having to wait for postal delays etc. They have a great online tracking system that lets you see where you are in the process, and more importantly, is updated super promptly as each step is completed. Overall, very happy, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.
