Vous discriminer les gens qui cherchent un job .....donc on a des poursuites vous engager pas . Comment une personne peut remonter la pente car perdu un emploi et trouve pas facilement du job . Pour vous quelqu’un qui est en poursuite , c’est un délinquant. Je commanderai rien chez vous et je vais faire de la mauvaise pub de votre enseigne . Vous êtes un exemple pour se débarrasser des gens qui n’ont aucun choix de pouvoir vivre !!!!!

@smood.ch Geneva. From a very regular customer, before further developing your business, improve your service. Orders are often arriving late and incomplete. Customer services are badly trained and take no accountabily. There is a lot of compeition out there. Who needs you???? Never again am I ordering from you. My order arrived 40 minutes late; and incomplete. Not even an apology was made.

15 minutes past delivery time I tried to call the restaurant from which I ordered, but nobody answered. Then I contacted Smood via chat and they told me that the restaurant "could not fulfill my order because some of the items were not available" and gave me a refund on my Smood account. It's quite clear that at least the opening hours of the restaurant were not correctly managed by Smood and instead of cash return they give you a credit so they keep the money. Also, the promised extra consolation credit was not actually added (at least not at the time of writing). Some previous orders worked fine, but their data is not managed well and they lack a process for tracking stuck orders so that you cannot trust your orders will be processed at all.

À Genève ce n’est que des racailles qui y travaillent ! Boycotter ce genre d’entreprise qui ne font travailler que des racailles, mecs des citées françaises, dealers, etc sans parler du comportement qu’ils ont sur la route....

I ordered a couple of times with Smood as I thought... it's a local company, it's worth giving them a chance! However, the service has gone worse each time I tried. The last one was paramount : there was a mixup in my order (appearing as "delivered" wrongly). I called (paying number) 15-20 minutes past the delivery hour and they told me "we do not know where your order is... we'll send you a new one asap". I agreed to give them a second chance. The order never arrived and I asked for the reimbursement of my order after one hour. This happened 15 days ago and I am still waiting for my reimbursement. DO NOT order at smood, you'll neither get your food nor your money back !

13 francs de frais de livraison pour un trajet Crêt-du Locle, Le locle???? ca me coute 15 fois moins cher d'y aller moi même, aucun intêret.

Horrible company. The food is cold, delivered at the wrong time. Only a few restaurants offer decent food. The worst is the delivery. The drivers frequently called our neighbours house disturbing them, they are rude, leave rubbish behind them, and do not read instructions. The negative reviews and the calls to the support service of Smood had no effect.

Erreur a chaque commande le livreur ne trouve jamais l adresse malgré les trop nombreuses informations. Les commandes sont notée livrée mais la commande a été livrée au mauvais endroit... Livreur est un métier...un peu de sérieux... Application qui beug commande passée 3 fois... remboursement en avoir sur l Application... Vraiment une honte Ne vous faites pas avoir par cet enseigne...

Viel zu hohe Lieferkosten; Übermittlung von Daten (Übermittlung der Bestellung zum Redtaurant) fondet extrem verzögert statt. Bei Nachfrage nach einer Stunde direkt beim Redtaurant wissen die nichts von einer Bestellung. Finger weg & lieber direkt beim Restaurant bestellen.

Jamais eu de soucis avec le site. Quand une commande comporte une erreur, ils appellent et on recoit le remboursement immédiatement dans le porte monnaie virtuel, ce qui est au top. Franchement, sur le site de commande, rien à redire ils sont réactifs et efficaces.

Reine Katastrophe, - zahle extrem viel für die Lieferkosten (bis zu 20fr) - Essen kommt 1h zu spät - unvollständig mein tipp vergesst diese Seite lasst sie Konkurs gehen und bestellt bei den Restaurants direkt. Das so etwas überhaupt noch existiert in unser heutigen zeit ist einfach unglaublich. Mich habt ihr ganz klar verloren

Commande faite à 18h50 Livraison a 20h40! Restaurant et adresse de livraison au centre ville de Lausanne!! Des mezze libanais qui sont déjà prêts! Plus jamais ce service de livraison je préfère aller chercher les plats moi-même... vraiment nul et beaucoup trop cher C. Tagan

Immer wirklich immer sind die bestellungen unvollständig!! und immer sind die restaurant schuld... ich selber bin jetzt in mcdonald und habe es mit eigener augen gesehen: die bestellung auf smood ist zwar voolständig aber mc donald hat nur die hälfte bekommen. also nichts da vonwegen restaurant schuld. auch chat für kunden ignorieren sie obwohl sie online sind.

Third time where they sell us a dish from a restaurant that is closed. They’ll take your money first and then reimburse it as smood credit, so you don’t have a choice but ordering via their service again. Moreover, delivery is often late, so you are stuck with cold food, as was the case for our second ordering attempt tonight. We are done with Smood.

The order had been ready since 40 minutes and was waiting upon the delivery man to recuperate it. As he arrived to my house he was rude and did not apologize for the huge delay and acted like he had ‘no f***ing clue’ (put in his words exactly). As a result the food was cold and i ate 2 hours after having ordered.

Trotz abgebrochener Zahlung wurde der Betrag doppelt angebucht und die zweite Lieferung kam fast eine Stunde zu spät. Ausserdem kam bei der ersten Lieferung nicht das an, was ich bestellt hatte. Ich hätte es gleich erfahren müssen, ob die Bestellung eingegangen ist, und nicht nach einer halbe Stunde. Konnte das Essen wegwerfen.

Mauvais J’ai commandé la livraison d’un petit-déjeuner pour un anniversaire, composé par bircher muesli de chez Nalina’s à Lausanne. La photo sur le site Smood: un jolie bowl à l’emporter avec granola, grains et morceaux de fruits frais. La réalité: le paquet muesli 250gr que je peux acheter moi même au supermarché. En plus, évidemment, impossible de contacter par téléphone avec eux. TRÈS CHER ET DÉCEVANT. JAMAIS PLUS.

Immer wieder Teile der Bestellung vergessen. Teilweise ganz andere Mahlzeiten geliefert. Zur Problemlösung wird gar nicht erst reagiert und zu viel bezahltes Geld nie zurück erstattet. Schlechtester Service.
