I arranged with Horsepower, when to go and view a car I saw on Autotrader. When I arrived, Danny was very helpful and friendly and this continued all the way through my experience with Horsepower. I purchased the car and it hasn't missed a beat. If you want to buy a used car, go and buy it from Horsepower.

I was impressed by the car stock but the sales manager helped me navigate the list I found the carparking a nightmare.

All good but to put a admin charge on is just not on,further on from this after paying the £179 admin fee which apparently is for a 150 point check on the car ? Took the car only for the coolant warning low to come up on dashboard,took car back to horsepower who gave me a courtesy car,over 3 weeks later and a lot of me phoning & being told they would ring back then didn’t and generally being lied to got car back,apparently it was a head gasket & another problem ,shouldn’t this have been picked up on there 150 point check ?,asked for paperwork for this work to be told they would email it that evening ,never got email,no. 1 car dealer in Kent ? really

This business is an absolute disgrace and is to be avoided at all costs. I bought a car which wasn't cleaned let alone serviced properly. It broke down in the first 10 days. Despite having a warranty they were rude, unresponsive and unprofessional throughout. The stress that it’s caused myself and my family is horrendous. Please think twice before believing their lies.
