I think this is an excellent business with very good communication and job done. Slightly disappointed not to have had the car washed this time.

My daughters car was in desperate need of repair and Duncan took charge and communicated to me the progress and an estimated completion date. The Ford Fiesta runs perfectly now and daughter is happy to have her wheels back. In future all my cars will be serviced and motd at horsepower

Absolutely hopeless - avoid! Jason rang me back on Wednesday after I enquired about a car. Booked me in to test drive on the following Saturday. I drove 1.5 hours from Brighton on Easter Saturday to find the car wasn’t there! It had been taken home by one of his colleagues! I was livid. Jason said ‘sorry, these things happen’ and offered me £50 off if I came back again. I asked if they could drive it to Brighton for me to test drive and he gave me an authoritative ‘no!’ This is no way to run a business - you lost yourselves an £8k sale here. Will take my money elsewhere.

I bought my car in January it had an oil leak after only owning it a couple of days. everyone at Horsepower persevered and kept me informed all the way on what they did to resolve the problem. Thank you
