I recently visited Horsepower blah blah with the intention of browsing their inventory. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a rude and condescending salesperson. From the moment I showed interest in more affordable options, it became clear they had little respect for customers looking at anything less than luxury-priced vehicles. Instead of offering assistance or answering my questions, the salesperson seemed more interested in making me feel unwelcome for considering mere peasant-priced cars. Their attitude was dismissive and snobbish, as if only high-end purchases deserved their time. I came in hoping for a helpful experience but left feeling insulted. Everyone deserves respect, no matter what they're shopping for. I suggest Horsepower blah blah remind their staff that every customer matters, regardless of their budget. Would not recommend if you're looking for a friendly or professional buying experience.

Customer service was excellent, Jason, Danny and Paul made sure the car was ready and minor problem sorted out promptly when I took it back. Overall a really pleasant experience. Thankyou Horsepower

Last two cars have brought from these and both were good

Car is ok but had small issues, window switch, Sunroof switch. Never told me Car was a Cat N. After sales absolute poor, Jason very unprofessional, never returned my calls. They charge £159 Admin but only send the logbook back to Swansea via Snail mail,obviously they can't use a computer. If you ever go to look at a car ask for Paul as he was more understanding. But I highly recommend you steer clear of here. They are your best friend until they have your money and then attitudes all change . Will never use again.

Had a few hairy experiences in the past buying used cars, but Jason at Horsepower put me at ease. Went through any concerns I had with the vehicle, No BS, and willing to cover the car with a brand new MOT, and 12 month warranty, plus follow up Emails to make sure I was happy. Very happy with the service, and if (god forbid) anything go wrong within the warranty period I feel confident I'll be looked after. Will be looking for another car in another year or so, so will definitely be going back to see them.
