I buy the car from dealer and when I go home the hand break was faulty I call next day and was fixed but when I com for MOT this garage fail my Mot from same issue hand break.So basically I buy the car whit a issue and failed my Mot for him fault I’m very disappointed

I purchased a second user car and traded mine in on a part exchange basis. Peter was great to deal with - very professional and friendly to deal with - both over the phone and in person. The car purchase was top notch & as described. The car was prepared and services exactly as they said it would be. Generally a smooth transaction and handover, however we did request a years road tax and have only got six months.

Have used Horsepower now for a few years for both my husbands and my own car for servicing, mot’s and bits in between. Always very reliable and friendly. I do like seeing the video that is taken when they perform a service and you can see exactly what they are talking about. Lovely to get a clean car back when it’s had a service too!! One tiny niggle, my husband took his car in but said he wouldn’t be available to talk during the day so they were to ring myself if anything was needed. This message didn’t get passed on and so messages were missed during the day as they were trying to get hold of my hubby. Still a very professional team and now they have a loyalty card so even better!

Buying a used car is always a bit risky, even more so when on a small budget. Horsepower were great from start to finish, happy to answer all my questions and negotiate a little. The service was also very good, the car was delivered to my door with a cooling off period as test drives are not possible due to the pandemic. The car also comes with a warranty, making it reassuring there is a company independent of Horsepower willing to provide peace of mind. I bought a 12 year old car!

Lovely car, but promised service updating not done, and car delivered with an obvious exhaust drone. On returning, the owner refused to check the car and dismissed me with an instruction to the sales manager to refund immediately and get rid of what he considered a troublesome amateur . I took the money and on the way home bought a better, younger, lower mileage car with full Mercedes service history, so the owner’s parting remark of not being able to find another one as good was soon disproved. Beware of dishonest practice and lies by the salesman, when the car is not prepared as promised in writing!

Great experience buying my car from Horsepower Motor Centre. Having bought the car online I was a bit worried if I would be disappointed with it but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The car was everything and more than I expected. Overall really pleased. I would recommend Horsepower and will definitely consider buying my next car from them. Excellent service. Car arrived today, earlier than expected. Delivery from Kent to Cornwall. Responds to emails very quickly and easily reached by phone. This is the 4th car I have bought, from a distance, and not seen it first. Horsepower was by far the easiest and the quickest.....highly recommend.

Brilliant all round

Very pleased with my purchase and the service of these guys. The process was easy and I am happy that I got my moneys worth with my new car. Viewings were limited due to the pandemic but the new 104 point inspection is a good way to ensure that everything was working as it should be. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that I was happy during the whole process. Would definitely recommend 5/5, especially if you're looking for a new BMW or Mercedes!

MOT - so helpful. As I was working, I couldn’t answer phone so spoke with my partner. Had great patience and so thorough. Upon collection, I was impressed with how safe I felt in store with markings, distancing and hygiene. Couldn’t recommend enough! Will be taking all family cars from now on.

The staff were really helpful, kind over the phone and quickly sorted all the details for the car I wanted. The centre has a very friendly staff and the car was exactly as described and came with full service, mot and years warranty. Would definitely recommend.

Horsepower has been excellent from start to finish. I had problems with the part exchange on my old car and they helped me all the way through. Danny and Josh have been great and kept me informed at every stage even emailing the garage I bought my old car from to help sort out a problem. When we finally got the problem sorted out the guys said see you tomorrow your new car is ready and waiting for you. The car was immaculate inside and out and had been serviced and had an MOT which I was shown.Cannot fault the service they provided and the honesty, nothing was too much trouble you only had to say.
