Exchanged my BMW 330d for Mercedes E350, happy with the deal and would use their online site to locate and possibly make future purchases of vehicles. The vehicle was well presented and serviced to a good standard ready for the agreed collection date/time.

The staff at Horsepower always listen to me when I bring my car in. They are helpful and not patronizing at all. I have never had any cause to grumble. They are a cheerful bunch and its a pleasure leaving my clio with them knowing they will do a good job. Thankyou to all

This is the first time I've used Horsepower and they were very helpful. My vehicle failed it's MOT on a minor issue - side indicator repeater lens missing. Horsepower obtained the part but very kindly did not charge me for fitting it. I'll definitely be using Horsepower again.

I have been a customer with Hourse Power for several years now, and I’ve always been treated with the greatest of respect, I trust them in their decision-making with work carried out on MOT and general wear and tear. I have bought two cars from hourse Power and have been dealt with as a customer in the most generous way, always listening and giving a good deal, and I’ve never been disappointed. I will be using Hourse Power in the near future. On the sales side a young gentleman Danny who dealt with me was most accommodating and very good in communicating keeping me informed with the progress of the deal, looking after my needs and concerns, I also like to thank Peter and the whole team. I took my car in for service and MOT and explained that I required the car the next day for an important short notice hospital appointment. I was informed that the work would be done in the morning so I could collect it in the afternoon. I received a telephone call just after lunch to say that the car had passed the MOT and the service had been completed. I was very relieved and very grateful for the excellent customer service provided by Kyle.

My name is Georgi Hristov, I purchased a Mercedes 350 E class coupe. Really bad experience as a customer service but fantastic car. My dealer was Danny after i have paid 300 pounds to reserve the car I was told call me any time and we can discuss everything you need to know about the car. So after a couple of days when the adrenalin of baying the car of my dreams I goes down I have a questions trying to call him didn`t answer call the reception they told me he will give you a call back NOTHING, I have received a message sorry for the late reply. My question is the gear box oil is changed because i can’t find the history about that, the answer was the workshop will check and will do it if need to be done. Just before i come to take the car I ask him can we ask the workshop what is changed in the car he told me that he will send me all the details before I came to get the car, again nothing happened. And the end was fantastic when I came in your garage I was told that Danny was left the garage and go home, I have understanding that we are a humans and everything can happened but there was no information provided to the team member who need to finish the deal. I am ok with all of this may be that is the practice in your business, during all the deal I didn`t feel as a customer even for a second I have a feeling that you are doing me a favor and I need to be really thankful spending 12000 pounds. I understand that the workshop is under your managing, My biggest request is can you please tell me what is changed in the car during the prep time PLEASE all i have as an information is CARRY OUT INSPECTION SERVICE By the way on the inspection list is a box with a tire pressure and it was tick , on my way back home the car told me check the tire pressure that put me in the a lot of questions about the accurateness of the inspection. Can you please send me the email with more accurate service that you have done if it is possible Regards Georgi

First time I've bought a car by myself. The process of a long distance purchase was simple. Having read their reviews I felt confident purchasing from Horsepower Motors. Only criticism being that the agent knew little about the vehicle I was buying and seemed unwilling to find out answers for me. Not his area apparently.
