I bought a car relying upon the salesman's comments and a video. I should have inspected the car myself or had it independently checked. The body has many touch up paint marks not previously revealed, a damp affected driving light which requires replacement and I am disappointed that MOT advisories were not attended to or at least drawn to my attention.

The customer service experience started off very well, I needed an urgent MOT on my car which was very gratefully accommodated, however when I dropped my car off at Horsepower to the very helpful and polite "Kieron"... this experience quickly changed when another member of staff wanted my car moved as it was in the way of others and spoke in a very dissatisfactory and unnecessary way to another colleague. I did not appreciate this persons manner or the way this person felt it was ok in speaking to his colleague in such a demeaning manner, especially in front of a customer, this was completely inappropriate in my opinion.

It was OK the guy was very professional.

Horsepower have successfully sorted an issue with a rumbling wheel noise on my X5. They found a number of issues with brake discs, calipers and tyres. They clearly explained the problems to me via video clips and methodically worked through the problem. The car is now 'rumble free'. Particular mention to Ben and Kyle for their help throughout the repair process. I can highly recommend Horsepower, Tonbridge.

The service was fantastic, they came to collect my car on the morning of the service, the staff were very polite and friendly I then got a Video of the service explaining the work carried out and what needed doing. They then brought the car back when everything was fixed . I would definitely use horsepower again for their excellent customer service and for their workmanship.

Excellent service received yesterday from Kyle & the team at HorsePower in Tonbridge! My car flashed up a warning on the digital dash ‘Restricted Performance’ which restricted me from driving my car at any faster than 50mph. HorsePower ran diagnostics on my car & quickly identified that there was a split in the Turbo Tube. I even received a video clip on my phone showing the car engine being investigated & the tube with the split. HorsePower sourced a replacement tube from Landrover & fitted it to my car on the same day. Have previously had servicing & MOT’s done at HorsePower, I have again have been really impressed with the service from this independent vehicle specialist. I can highly recommend this garage.
