Once again a great service and MOT experience. Ben made the booking as easy as falling off a log and Kyle was exceptionally helpful on the day in keeping me informed as to progress and the ETC. Love the video they send you from the workshop which walks you through the inspection and gives a great commentary on the condition and state of the key mechanics of the vehicle as well as giving you a final opportunity to add an extra or two. (I'd forgotten to ask for an aircon check and top up.) And the final exterior car wash is a nice touch. An easy decision to come back next year for a repeat! Importantly the pricing is very competitive and fair. Thanks guys!

Just brought a 2011 Range Rover sport from horsepower from Peter he was amazing and very good at his job. The deal was for me to trade in my old car against the range rover but in the 2 weeks before I took delivery of the Range Rover I sold my old car privately which Peter said for me to do because I would get more money for it. £1500 pound more to be precise. I picked up my new Range Rover on the day they said and I was every happy with the car it had 2 new tyres and very clean inside and out. (Professionally Validated). These guys are amazing they go above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Great job guys. 👍

Horsepower have looked my 3 cars over nearly 10 years. Supplied and serviced by them and I have been totally satisfied with every transaction. Cannot speak too highly of their staff and customer care is their priority. 1st class business!

I called to inquire about a Mercedes CL63 AMG in Black 2011, and was told it had full Mercedes service history, which it did until 2016 when there was no service since - Danny said it would be serviced by them, when I said that was a shame as the car had full Mercedes service history and it would be a shame to break that - Danny replied - 'Then said this is clearly not the car for you....' I've had 150 cars from Ferraris and Bentleys to Minis and buy a new one to me every 12 weeks or so and have a number of cars at any one time - rarely have I dealt with dealers who act so defensively and with out any interest in seeing if there was any compromise - clearly there are some issue that they need to hide otherwise - why the smart ass comment to someone trying to buy a car?

Peter was a pleasure to deal with and always on top of things. He arranged extra warranty at a good price and always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was a bit nervous at first after reading some of the reviews but my experience with the company up to now has been perfect.

My car was booked in for a service, took this in c.8.15 in the morning - telephoned at 4.30pm and said I would be down to collect the car. Apparently they run of time do do the service, so I rebooked for a week later. Very pleasant staff etc., but I do feel that they should have called me, rather then leaving to me to call them.

Thanks for your prompt and honest response from Ben relating to faults in the engine of my beloved Astra a Service was not carried out No doubt his advice has saved me a lot of expense and worry because I have now bought a new Astra Thanks Ben and all concerned

Car not ready as promised. Had to wait 4 hours after traveling to showroom by train. Hadn't even been cleaned prior to my arrival. Issues with car not pointed out via online video (Tyre damage, DAB on working, wear marks on softop and not cleaned inside) no offer of compensation or money off the deal. I left a similar review via Google and response was I was to keen to drive away. Bearing in mind my 4 hour wait and 5 hour drive ahead off me was a bit of a cheek. An offer to bring the car back for a valet. Like I'm going to drive 200+ miles for something that should have been done prior to me collecting the car. Still the coffee was nice and the sofa in the waiting area was comfortable.

Peter gave us excellent service until we had handed over the money and driven away. I have spent the last ten days trying to contact him to get a handbook for my new car- I have managed to source it on line but I want one in the car, not too much to ask? I have emailed and phoned (I want unable to speak to Peter but spoke to a woman who promised to pass on the message....) PLEASE just send me the handbook!
