I smashed the screen of my ipadpro and Apple wanted over £600 plus postage to replace it. I nearly opted to buy a regular iPad instead but then came across ISmash. They offered to replace the screen for £265 including postage. I sent it on a Tuesday and had it back on Friday. Excellent service and great value for money

Ismash do exactly what they promise quickly efficiently to a high standard. Don't throw out your phone or tablet is its not working properly...the guys will assess for free and tell you how much to change your battery fix screen or clear your charging Dock.

efficient and knowledgeable service from the technician at Cribbs Causeway Branch in Bristol( he was so helpful when I booked a 10am appointment last Thursday. He checked the phone over and replaced the battery and told me to contact them with any problems with the phone.

ismash in Westfield shepherd bush branch really helped me out and a massive thank you to Manu fixed my phone in two hours when Apple told me to come a week later. Do not waste your time with other shops directly go to ismash much better experience here. Manu needs a pay rise or a promotion amazing guy and an amazing technician.

Great service from the London bridge store. Replaced my smashed Samsung S23 ultra screen with original Samsung parts in less than 2 hours. I swear the new screen now actually seems to look sharper & clearer than ever. Highly recommended service.

Great service from Martha (name from receipt) in Cardiff. Battery replaced in 23 minutes. Was advised screen may break during repair. Screen did break during repair but that was replaced with a like for like screen at no cost. Even included a fitted screen protector as well. All for £25 with a discount code. Top service. Was really impressed by the service. I had no appointment but they made me feel very welcome. Warm friendly service, got good clear information from James about possible phone packages without being pressurised, and not being rushed. Appreciated this. This made the experience very positive. Also got repair carried out by Ray and again great professional service, quick, very reasonable price and very friendly guy.

Booked an iPhone 13 mini for battery replacement. Upon arrival the technician informed me that there is a 60-70% (!) chance that they will smash (pun intended) my phone screen during the process and they don’t take responsibility for it, it’s on me. What the actual fck?! First off, why on earth do you even offer a service and take bookings for it when you can’t even guarantee to get it right? As a matter of fact, you more likely mess it up than not, according to yourself. Secondly, if this is the case, why don’t you have the decency to mention this clearly on your website so that the client can decide if they want to proceed. You wasted my precious time with this crap.

Vlad at the Oxford Circus branch was very helpful and efficient. He quickly analysed the reason my iPhone wasn't charging and fixed the problem within just a few hours. And it was much cheaper than I was expecting too!

I used Ismash Leeds to repair my damaged Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra which I dropped of June this year (2024), I found the both the service and the staff excellent, they were polite, friendly and helpful, the repair was excellent, they replaced the battery and any damaged casing to the point where the phone looked like new, I would definitely recommend and use this shop again Regards Kevin
