When my Google Pixel had display problems, they diagnosed and fixed it promptly.It was under warranty and I didn't had to pay any penny. Now my phone works flawlessly and looks brand new. Their friendly demeanor added an extra layer of satisfaction to the whole experience. I found the accessories prices to be reasonable than other stores. Highly recommend

United Kingdom | 21 September 2023Im not happy with the result. My screen was replaced very quickly, within an hour. Yet next day I was able to notice that the audio from the speaker when I put my phone against my ear was very poor. They must have reconnected speakers the wrong way when changing the screen? Im not sure. I called next day to let them know they said yes, just bring it in. This is very inconvenient as I expected problem to be solved , not my phone now having a new problem. Also the touchscreen is not good, I try to type something and it types different letters on the keyboard. So touchscreen is not accurate. I really regret choosing this service over the original Apple service only for 50 quid more. Im sure they'll fix my speaker problem as guarantee is for life. But just be prepared for your phone to now underperform after using this service.

United Kingdom | 20 September 2023Battery replacement iPhone 11 at Charing Cross Station. The battery he put in was charged to 40% … it does not charge up beyond 80% and then starts losing charge. And now i have noticed a hairline crack in my screen !! It was not there before i went to iSmash. Don’t waste your money with these guys.

Took phone into Bristol branch Cribbs Causeway for new iphone screen 5 days later whilst showing something to my daughter it just blacked out went back and i smelt a bit of a rat when another guy, not guy who had fixed it said ‘very unusual but i have to inform you that if its water damage then we will not replace’ and he made a point of emphasising this, not just said in passing.Told to come back 1.5 hours later and I’ve got to admit it was no surprise, particularly as i walked in that the guy who had served me handed phone to a younger guy out back to do the dirty work of telling me the sensor was red and so water damage and not covered. I asked to see and was shown a screenshot already snd waiting of red sensor, could have been any phone as far as i was concerned and to be honest I’m not tech savvy, in my late sixties and in the end they convinced me it could have been just a little drop of water even though i don’t have any recall in five days of water getting on it but.to be honest in the rnd listening to them i was convincing myself it must have been me. On reflection I’ve had mobiles since they were invented and have never had one water damaged and the photo rather than leaving phone open and showing me the sensor just was to contrived. Hey ho how can i prove anything but i know what i truly believe and would not touch that branch or company with a barge pole. Suggest if you use them for this then get them to open phone and check sensor in front of you prior to leaving it for repair. Sadly when screen was replaced I noticed straight away that it was on the dark side necessitating greater increased brightness for normal use and pointed that out to my daughter who agreed but we concluded it was just a cheap screen, should have returned it immediately.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2023Sadly I can’t give ismash a good review. Replaced my iPhone 11 battery and it was no better so I took it back and they changed it again under their warranty. So far so good but immediately my face recognition stopped working. They’re not interested in talking to me now but I don’t believe that it’s a coincidence. Very inconvenient to not have for any more. My advice … just go to Apple and pay the money. 😟

United Kingdom | 18 September 2023Took a perfectly working iPhone in for a new battery at Meadowhall Sheffield branch and now the volume and power buttons don’t work. Spend the extra money and go to Apple directly, avoid iSmash.

No issue with the replacement per se but ever since I’ve had it done my battery drains within an hour or so, I constantly have to have my phone on charge now and my phone has flagged up that the part is ‘unrecognised’ and indicated it is not a genuine apple part and that would explain the battery drain. I’d be very disappointed if it is true that it’s not a genuine apple part, given the price ismash charge and the fact they hold themselves out as using apple parts

United Kingdom | 03 September 2023I went in for an iPhone screen repair to the Glasgow branch and the ismash website says they are authorised to use genuine Apple parts and the phone will be restored to factory standard. 3 hours after getting the phone home it stopped working (constant reboot cycle). I returned to the shop the next day and the assistant claimed the fault was due to water damage and therefore was not covered by their warranty. I had taken the phone running so it likely will have had contact with perspiration. They also then said they do not use genuine Apple parts for screen repair, despite the website’s claim. I took the phone to Apple for a diagnostic and they said the components used were sub-standard and the waterproofing must not have been done correctly for the damage they were seeing. The ismash shop assistant would not offer any refund or compensation for their poor repair. What also concerned me is that they asked for my phone password (which I didn’t give them) when I initially took the phone in. Apple confirmed that this is not required to test the phone after a screen replacement and is concerning that many people may just hand their pass codes over to these people. I would avoid this company.

United Kingdom | 03 September 2023Really disappointing. I had my iPhone screen repaired yesterday and already the quality of the image has declined - blotchy, etc. Also it does not register touches on the screen properly so it is impossible to type accurately. I would like a full refund.
