United Kingdom | 08 February 2025AVOID! Worst company ever sent off iPhone for repair and it came back scratched and cheap parts used. The camera lense is so bad, it doesn't sit flush to the edge, and the screen and back of the iPhone has 4 huge scratches. Emailed them, and no reply. AVOID!

United Kingdom | 08 February 2025Great service. Needed a new screen fitting to iphone. I hadn't booked but said they would be able to do it but it could be teatime as they were busy. Phone was fixed within 2 hours which we really appreciated and for a fraction of the charges at Apple. Would use again if needed a repair doing.

United Kingdom | 08 February 2025Leeds, Trinity. I took my phone for a screen replacement. When I went to pick it up the home button wasn't working. I showed them and they told me it was broken when I brought it in. I told them it had been working perfectly before but they insisted it was broken already. If it was broken I would have told them and asked them to fix it since it was an insurance claim and wouldn't have cost me any more. They still refused to believe me but then another member of staff came and offered to fix it again. When I returned for the second time, the phone was completely broken and wouldn't even turn on. They put the smashed screen back on and returned my useless phone. They told me they had notified my insurance company but when I called up, my insurance company only had the details from the first "fix" and therefore couldn't send me a new phone. I'm disappointed in their communication and professionalism.

After changing my battery with them, now my phone have a notification in settings that the battery is not genuine and unrecognized. You cannot check battery health and the new battery is not much better than the worn out one I had. I am quite dissatisfied with the whole experience. I have now to go to an authorized place to change the battery again for more money.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I sent a message previously. I have had to go to Apple today to check why my screen was blacked out. You sold me a fake screen and most likely knew it was fake. As soon as the phone was fixed the phone had alerts saying this phone screen is not a genuine part. Apple said that the screen which was changed by iSmash is the cheapest lowest quality in the screen market and it was inevitable that it was going to do that. I am very pissed off with your deceiving service and I have had to pay to get a new screen again as these days doing anything requires a two factor verification from your mobile device. Bunch of muppets.

When l asked them to elaborate, they snapped back, " l told you. we don't repair, we replace, £400!" I told him there was no ned to be so rude and left the store, as they smiled.

Not only that but my appointment booking fee was refunded as the draining battery issue I experienced was cause by a software update. The team here are friendly, courteous & knowledgeable - will definitely recommend to friends & family.
