Service okay but very disappointed with the misselling. The repair was £79, I had a £20 discount code. Gentleman offers me a screen for £15 then insurance another £4. Upon showing him discount code, he then says the screen and protections already come with a discount therefore cannot apply both. In the end, my plan to pay £59 ends up at £98. I find this disingenuous. Don’t give me a price for something and later say that price already includes a discount so cannot use a discount code. Tell me the full price and then let me determine whether I want the product you are selling or not. This was very embarrassing and ended up with things I really did not need in the first place. Feeling very stupid and learned my lessons for next time. Just repair the phone and leave me alone.

job at Charing Cross branch (Job number 3743043) was completed. my screen was replaced ( oled iPhone 11 Pro ) and battery. However I notice that the Haptic feedback from the screen and all vibrations now makes a broken spring noise. This matter has been addressed, however regarding the battery I am charging more than my previous one which was at 72 % capacity. Feeling like I’ve been robbed

Excellent experience, I took my phone in to the store thinking my charging port was broken, as it would not charge. The very polite young man that served me explained that it would probably be fixed with a change port service. He said if this works it would be £15 if not there will be no charge.l left my phone with him for a short time and when I returned it was repaired. He could have told me it needed a more expensive repair and replaced the charging port unit. Thank you iSmash for not ripping me off and been honest.

Booked a repair slot to replace the smashed screen on my Pixel 6 for the following day at iSmash Newcastle Eldon Square. Turned up a little early and the man there was very pleasant and brought forward my appointment. Completed the formalities and then left and returned an hour later to pick up my phone with a new screen. He also fitted a tempered glass protector. I couldn't have wished for better service.

Sent my pixel off for a new battery (by post). Send off, fixed and posted back very quickly, with emails along the way to confirm they'd received it and when it was going to be fixed (same day). Did a grand job, at a very good price. Would definitely use again :-)

I went to ismash in bluewater after finishing work early only to discover that not only was I 15 mins late to my appointment but I had actually booked it for the wrong day. Edgar couldn’t have been more understanding and despite being busy found the time to look at my battery. 20 mins later we recieved a text it was ready. He had done it! Replaced the battery so gently. It has been causing me nothing but problems and I am so relieved it is now working. I cannot thank him enough. The customer service and care they take is above and beyond. I will only come here in the future if I have a problem. True credit to the team.

I had the pleasure of getting my iPad Air 4 screen fixed at iSmash in Canary Wharf this week. Walked in late on Thursday, picked it up the next day at around lunchtime. The repair was flawless, as was the excellent customer service from Shaikho who took time to explain what my options were and the nuances of the repair process. Shaikho was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, a great ambassador for the firm.

Two visits, courteous and efficient response to problem with phone on both occasions, the first dealt with on the spot, the second within the day. Keep up the good work !
