The member of staff was able to identify the issue and see what could be done. Timely, and polite . Thanks for your help and expertise and a good service. My battery had expanded in the phone and to be honest was probably not safe to use. New battery, now safe . Took around an hour or so. I would go back again (although hoping I don’t have to use them again for a long time , in the nicest way possible I mean :) Thanks iSmash .

PLEASE AVOID at all costs, went to get my back of phone fixed and they broke my Apple Pay so it no longer works for buses and public transport and for normal payments I have to hold at an angle and try multiple times before success. There is now an ink patch on the front of the screen and I cannot see the battery life any longer. Bearing in mind I paid £300 when I contacted them to say it was unacceptable they said it’s not their fault and I had to pay MORE to fix it. Please just go to apple I wish I did.

Made an appointment with the Leeds store, was greeted by the manager, super friendly and incredibly helpful. My iPhone had acquired a fault and rather than ‘sell’ me an expensive replacement screen, he advised my phone was still under warranty and recommended I take it to the Apple Store for fixing. This I duly did, saving at least £230-300. I couldn’t be more grateful. Such honesty is a rarity these days. I would hugely recommend this store! I did buy a screen protector….. the least I could do, but will always use this company in the future.

I annoying dropped my IPad and smashed the screen. I took the IPad to iSmash Fenchurch St Branch and they replaced the screen within 90 minutes. IPad is now as good as new. Great service and quick turnaround.

I booked the appointment online,arrived on the branch and was served straightaway. Selwyn was been very helpful and polite. The only thing I complained about was the price online was different ,when I got in to the shop . I showed it to him,but cannot give me the price I saw online. And said it's probably not updated.He suggested to make a complain online.

Went to the Leicester highcross branch to get my screen repaired, the guys there were really polite helpful and knowledgeable and was fixed in under an hour. Also the price was competitive against all the other companies I rang up and they were the only ones to hold stock.

Contacted the Harrow outlet today about a replacement screen for my IPad. Appt arranged an hour later. Left the IPad with Moura and picked up the refurbished IPad an hour and a half later. Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone in similar need. Much cheaper option than Apple.
