Went to Meadowhall Sheffield to have a replacement screen. Cheaper than anywhere else and fitted very quickly. Staff member very pleasant and knowledgeable. Purchased an iPhone 15 pro max whilst I was there. Certainly recommend

I went to iSmash in Harrow! Mauro fitted batteries in 2 iPhones for us. He is obviously a real expert & also a very nice guy. He was very patient with customers on the phone who were either asking for directions or called the wrong shop.

My phone had dropped on the train tracks while working and screen was completely destroyed....literally couldn't see anything apart from a fuzzy screen when turned on. Took to iSmash in Lakeside and they fixed within two hours. They placed a new screen protector for free also, all seems fine currently, no issues detected.

I booked a repair online at St Pancreas store to replace my camera lens on my iphone 12. I had a discount code sent by ismash for subscribing to their newsletter. Firstly, the store did not want to do the repair as they said this was too tricky and difficult to do and they couldn't guarantee the work, then they refused to accept a code. Really poor service and very poor quality customer service and help within the store.

I visited Ismash in Bluewater to get a replacement battery on my Samsung. The booking process was very easy, the member of staff was very friendly & welcoming. He explained what the process was & I felt very comfortable. Fixed battery & gave me some advice on how to keep it working at its best. I would definitely recommend & will 100% use them again if I needed to :)

I recently had the opportunity to use again the High Street Kensington branch's service. Akram was very friendly and efficient as usual. He replaced the screen and battery in my mobile, all done in less than an hour. I would recommend their service to all my friends.

Excellent selection of appointment times online and easy to book and manage. When arriving at the centre, process was explained clearly and repair was finished in one hour.

Do not send your iPad to ismash! Sent a perfectly working iPad Air 2 needing a replacement battery. Got told that it wouldn’t power on. but they managed to diagnose it had a underlying logic board issue. So I have got back a iPad which doesn’t work at all. So Engineers managed to break iPad but cover themselves with their terms & conditions.

Great service received at the Liverpool One Store today. I was provided with the confidence whilst they were repairing the damage to the camera lens on my iPhone. Would not hesitate to use iSmash in the future or recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Booked a screen repair online, took it into the store at 1pm and was told to collect it at 7pm the same day. I arrived after 7, the shop boy was eating a sausage roll, he licked his fingers then took my receipt from me (gross). He walked away, came back and said it’s not ready yet, that they were really busy at 2pm and it takes 24 to 48 hours. I asked why I was told to come back at 7pm and he said the other guy shouldn’t have told you that, try and come back at 1pm tomorrow. I asked if it would definitely be ready and he said it might be. Absolutely poor customer service and a waste of my time having to go home and then return only to be told it was for nothing.

Croydon Branch, very helpful with phone screen repair, tried to get the back changed but they couldn't get it to work, Still great service, even got a little discount for waiting overnight for phone.

Went to HKS and it was great. My screen was broken and within 30 minutes it was fixed. The price was really fair. I've been to 2 competitor's store before. And they asked for significantly more for the repair....
