C’est super pratique, on se sent en sécurité sur les routes vélos. Les vélos sont en bon état et pratiques.

I got a three-month rental for 300DKK … and tbh I regret it & would opt for a different bike renting company in the future. First, I did not know that it was not okay to leave the bike at a non-official drop-off place - even, if I cycle the bike to an official drop-off place an hour later. I felt like it was quite limiting having to leave the bike at only selected places. Not wanting to pay the extra fee every time, I started parking the Donkey Bikes at the official drop-offs and then walked the rest to my final location. However, I still kept on getting charged 25DKK although I did park them at official drop-offs and did not receive any „warning messages“! I enquired at the customer service what was going on - but the person was quite rude, gave me automated answers that made clear that he did not read my message at all and cancelled the chat after a couple of seconds. From my impression, I would not recommend Donkey Bike for more long-term renting - there is just constantly some kind of hassle involved and so far I got charged with a lot of extra fees. Also quite some bikes I used so far were quite broken.

Das Anmeldeverfahren scheint einfach, später gibt’s dann Probleme mit der Abrechnung! Fahrrad ‚ausgenudelt‘ und ließ sich nicht mehr gut fahren. Kundenservice zur Klärung von Unübersichtlichkeiten zur Zahlung kontaktiert, keine Mahnung bekommen & der Mitarbeiter vom Kundenservice war sehr unfreundlich und leider auch gar nicht hilfreich oder unterstützend & hat nicht zur Lösung beigetragen! Geht besser Zufuß!

Renting In Amsterdam. E bikes all absolutely useless. Motor broken, brakes broken. There's something broken on all of them. Paying a premium for no reason. I had a ebike for 48 hours, I was planning on having a rental service for 96hrs. However donkey republic internally canceled my rental because 'its meant for short term' rentals. This makes no sense because it's pay as u ride. Anyway, don't waste your time with this company. Absolute shambles
