The bikes worked ok, the app is fairly easy to use. The bike’s bench was stuck so i could not set it on the right hight.

We used the bikes in Schleswig. A super choice for going around and be in the most important site seeings of the city. The bikes are in really good shape

It was a great experience for me as a person that is here to visit a friend, but the thing that really made me and my friends feel not as pleased as we expected to be is that we were forced to leave the bike on a place that was not close to the place we were staying at.

I have NEVER been this scammed. I took an electric bike in Rotterdam, and for some reason I was only allowed to place it in Amsterdam (where I wasn’t obviously). They then continued to charge me 180€!!!! After even telling me that it was a mistake and they’ll sort it out. I will NEVER EVER use this again and don’t recommend if you want to be SCAMMED

Expensive and from 4 rides, 3 bikes didn‘t work properly (breaks and lights) Edit: Customer Service helped quickly to find a solution (increased rating from 1 to 3 stars)
