United Kingdom | 26 September 2023I rented 2 bikes from DR for 24hrs. Everything went well until I got the credit card bill. They took 50% more than was charged, apparently I didn't cancel auto payment, as I cancelled the bikes early how does that happen. Now I have to wait for them to return the money, 5-10days. Very convenient for DR. I find the reply disingenuous or ill informed. When I finished with the bike, the app knew I was finishing completely and had paid in full so why would it charge more? whoever wrote the app left an opening to charge more and if I hadn't picked it up on my payments they would have kept the money. I would like to confirm that they have returned my money and so I have upgraded the rating to 4 star.
