Great; easy and cool

Picked up two bikes on the same account. Process was easy and pricing was about half the price of the equivalent bus/train fare. Only improvement would be more drop-off points closer to the destination.

The day pass is totally worth it

Easy app, even for the mature generation! Easy to lock and unlock with the app as you go. Also great price☺️

I was charged an additional fee that was not stated in the app. My cheapest option resulted in over €75 for a few rides over 2 days. Unreliable service and disappointing/unresponsive customer support.

Very easy to use, super cheap

Lots of bikes at the rural train station outside of Copenhagen, though look up a bike map before you go. Was quick and easy to rent. Kind of wish the station had an e-bike, would have preferred it. Was able to end my trip at the hotel, you can see drop off points when you have rented the bike. It’s unfortunate you can’t switch from viewing pickup to viewing drop off within the app, at least not obviously. Also child sized bikes would be nice too. Edited to add, after the reply: if working on app improvements, it’s weird that within Copenhagen I can see day passes but outside of Copenhagen, the pricing was different. It varies by both bike type and location, it seems. I didn’t like having to pick a bike before seeing prices, or that there wasn’t an alert before the 12 hours were up just in case I wanted to let the bike go before being charged again. Maybe a periodic reminder of the charges? It’s a smooth experience, but a brief mention of what to do if the kickstand can’t deploy (reverse rotate pedal) or lock can’t deploy (rotate wheel until spoke is out of the way and try again) might help. Also a brief tutorial on how to strap luggage on the bike or features of the bike would be amazing. Speed up to gear shift and so on. It might exist, but it wasn’t entirely obvious. I had to “learn” the bike. This might sound negative but the bike actually performed great. Relatively light, compared to other city bikes. Heavy and slow compared to an e-bike but I’ll have to try it another time.
