Great service, but too few bicyles?

Very happy with my service! Excellent way of getting around in Copenhagen! Easy to use and available everywhere in the city area! A must, I would say when visiting the city for a Weekend or if you are just thru traveling! Highly recommend!

Good availability of bikes, easy to switch bikes if the one you have is faulty. App is easy to use except for one issue. Rental times for extra bikes isnt adjustable in the app (you must rent it for the same duration as the first bike), a nuisance if you need to add a bike for your kids for just a single ride, I ended up paying for a bike while I had already left the country, this should be easy to fix though. The biggest plus is the multitude of bikes and the multiple drop-off locations.

Alles goed. Enkel op slot gaan ging stroef. Slot was dicht en giet niet meer open heb dat gecontroleerd. De app vertelde me dat het slot los zat wat dus duidelijk niet klopte... Na 4x proberen toch eindelijk de rit kunnen afsluiten

Je déconseille cette entreprise UN VOL vraiment j'ai loué un vélo toute la journée pour me rendre aux caves ouvertes à Genève.. Nous avons fait plusieurs endroit et à chaque fois je rendais le vélo pour ensuite le reprendre. J'ai gardé toute la journée ce même vélo et à la fin de la location je l'ai rendu à Carouge. 2 mois plus tard, je viens de recevoir plusieurs mails avec plusieurs transactions de 20 et de 50.- soit disant une amende car je n'ai pas rendu le vélo au bon endroit. au total 110.- d'amende et une centaine de chf pour la location de vélo!!!! UNE ARNAQUE CETTE ENTREPRISE! Suite à cela, j'ai supprimé mon compte et j'ai écris un mail : leur réponse c'est qu'ils n'ont plus aucune données et qu'ils peuvent pas m'aider!! Je les déconseille vivement une arnaque!!

Easy and accesible and cheap!

Rijd vlot en blijft ook bij tegenwind 25 km/ uur rijden. Gsm houder stevig. Handtasbakje vooraan met snelbinder is perfect.

Very nice and cheap 4€ for nearly an hour

First time in Copenhagen and hired a Donkey Republic for three days. The bikes were great and it was a LOT cheaper than going to a bike shop. The city is utterly brilliant for cycling and we had a superb experience. Would use again and recommend to anyone
