I am always concerned about order products on line and especially from people I have no history with. I checked the reviews on line and was surprised to see little or no negative comments; hence if its too good to be true then it possible is! However not in this case, order was simple the infromation was easy to follow and the helpful guides and support was well presented and thorough. I ordered on a Friday night and recieved a confirmation of my order within hours by email. I then got a simple but straight forward email confirming the delivery day. I emailed the company to say that we did not expect it so quickly and needed to arrange for recieving the order, we received a replay by email and a phone to the house which explained that the order was undertaken by a different delivery firm and could not provide an exact time of day but they will phone before arriving. I phoned up to see if there was a estimated time of arrival and was offered the delivery companys details who provided me with an approximate time of delivery and phoned before arriving. Even when you expect that things would not go smoothly you need reassurance and a helpful advisor thats what we got. The products all arrived carefully packaged and in good order very happy with it all.

The quality is very good but transport should be reviewed Both packages were damaged one was so bad the panels were unusable

The web site was easy to negotiate, although I did have to telephone just to check what was actually supplied with the shower wall kit as it was not obviously clear on the description. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and I was told if I had ordered before midday the order would be delivered next day. But as I didn't place my order on line until late Thursday afternoon, with the weekend looming, my stuff was delivered promptly on Monday morning. I felt that the service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Celplas PVC Ltd.

We ordered on a Friday night and received the panels on the following Tuesday, they couldn't do enough to make sure the packages were wrapped and secure. I will have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered 2 x the White Sparkle shower panels, fittings, adhesive and sealant to replace tiling around the bath and shower. My husband installed them and though he is very capable at DIY he found it quite simple to install once he had viewed the 'online installation demo video'. it would probably be fairly straight forward for most people who are used to diy to fit them. The panels look stunning and I am pleased with the finished result. I was fed up of cleaning tiles, grout and sealant so I no longer have to worry about that.

I have given this company 5 star for their service nothing seem to much trouble even when i wanted to add to a order The only downside for me is the trims not expensive but had expected a bit better quality ................not all fitted yet so maybe being a bit harsh.................would i use Celplas again yes

Ordering on line easy. Fast dispatch & delivery, well packaged. Items I was not happy with (mainly due to my fault) replaced, no questions asked. Excellent company to deal with.

The only item I can fault was the way my order was packaged. I ordered wall cladding panels and finishing trims for a 3 sided shower installation. Unfortunately when I unwrapped the package, 2 out of the 11 cladding panels were damaged. This was caused by the trims not being wrapped on their own within the package, and split with a hole through the panels. I did not inform celplas direct about this matter, as I was able to cut the cladding panels in such a way that the damaged parts became waste rips.

I am very pleased with my recent order and prompt delivery of goods. Arrived on time as is now ready for me to install. Thanks to all for your help. I will recommend this service to my friends.

I ordered a shower facia board kit online at about 4pm Tuesday, I received confirmation of the order straight away. I did have a query about the delivery time and got an instant reply, even though there was no delivery charge, the sales advisor did her best to accommodate my request and I received the kit promptly and whilst I was in on Thursday. The order was complete and well wrapped so as to avoid any chance of damage in transit. All the items are quality products. Thanks

Although I am yet to install the wall panel's purchased from Celplas the company has been first class in there ordering and delivery of my items, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ease of using website - very good Ease of ordering = very good Ease of paying = very good Delivered - on the day they said it would arrive Packaged - Looked well packaged until I took it home and opened the packaging, 2 of the ceiling sheets had cracks in them which is not the best. Overall = Good service but they should be wary of the courier company used as they must have thrown the package around to have caused that damage.

ordered via website, prices excellent value, some cladding sites have cladding length less than 2.7m that Celplas stock for same or more money. All trims and boards arrived undamaged ready for fitting. Have used them before and will again.
