Ordered online on Thursday, so was expecting delivery on Saturday, as website states next day delivery but, actually arrived on Monday. Bear this in mind and allow extra time when placing your order if you have booked builders to install the products. There was a slight discrepancy in the order but this was put right after contacting the company. After sales service very good and I would have no reservations about recommending them to other people. Many thanks Julia Shields and Celplas.

Ordered 7 bathroom panels just before Christmas, only 5 turned up. Spoke to Julia in sales and in no time replacements turned up. Several calls before hand to keep me up to date. Great customer service and the panels are fantastic. Will use again and highly recommend.

These partitions are great for bathrooms, waterproof easy to fix to walls, simpler than tiling etc...and pretty decent price and looks great, thanks, John

I still cannot believe the service of this company. I ordered my panels etc.. on the Sunday and a lovely lady phoned me the next day and asked can they deliver around noon that day. A very nice chap then arrived and helped me put it in my garage . Job done within 24 hours at a price that was untouchable. Definitely recommend to anyone.

All went together well, no leaks and product seems good. My only note is that the boards had to be trimmed to square them up prior to fixing. Strangely enough some were square and some were not ? A minor irritation but one to be aware of.

Couple of pieces of cladding damaged during transit but didn't realise till a couple of days after delivery because it was bottom package....may be should have checked on delivery. excellent company definitely will be using again

Ordered on Sunday, arrived Tuesday morning, 1 piece of trim had been damaged in transit, only 1 phone call and I received a replacement the following morning, have another bathroom to decorate after Christmas and will certainly use Celplas again

I ordered some plastic coving and a couple of H bars, the delivery service is very fast and they let you know which day it will arrive. Ordered from this company several times now. Very good had no problems at all.

We used these boards for our power shower which had been leaking from various points. These boards have done a great job no more leaks, and they look great as well/

ordered some of the budget plastic cladding easy to fit and looks great only ordered 5 pieces one was damaged but it was so cheap i d ordered xtra for the job anyway still give them 5* as it was such good value i would defineitly use this company again

I was unable to find the ceiling cladding locally and so reverted to the internet. I placed two separate orders over a week period and the goods arrived on both occasions next working day as ordered, well packed and undamaged. The price was competitive and slightly lower than my local merchant. I did receive a call on the second order to confirm that I wanted a colour match from the first order. Polite and friendly customer service.

Can't fault this company. Easy to use website with excellent prices, items arrived well packaged on time and were exactly as described.
