I found the the selection of tech available was great, the custom build tool was easy to use. Customer service, both email and call was swift, helpful and very professional. Communication through the whole process was fantastic. Couldn't beat the price for the monitor.

My experience was positive, the computer was delivered in a prompt manner. came earlier than expected, and has exceeded my expectations. The cable management was done immaculately, and it was packaged well. The memory speed was set correctly out of the box and the IGPU was disabled, this ensured that they were no conflicts with my gpu. I ran a few benchmarks. and the performance was in line with other machines of a similar specification. The cpu temperatures were hotter than expected, but it was something that was easy enough to fix, removing msi center managed to resolve the issue immediately. I would absolutely recommend Cyberpower because it felt like they went the extra mile in building the pc that I ordered.

Placed the order on a Sunday. Order accepted extremely early Monday. The 3-day fast track service was sublime, I received around 10 emails in 3 days updating me on stages of the build process and testing, with each stage having an explanation attached to it. The delivery by 10.30am was great, the pc arrived at 9.20am. Professional service from the get go.

Cyberpower delivered the laptop promptly; even sooner than originally arranged - which is practically unheard of! The info about the product (on their site) was very detailed; it was possible (and quite easy) to compare the different models of the same machine. If you need a new laptop/PC, this is the place to have a look for it!

My son search on the Website and asked me take care of the order and delivery for him.... great and smart looking gaming PC and I do agree with him. But we ordered on Friday and on the Website saying will deliver on Monday? But it isn't because basically the items only ship out the warehouse then asked third party delivery, so actually it's today Tuesday. We don't mind if we know but because we thought it's Monday so we been waiting all day for it!? Should provided bit more information in the future

This was the first time I have bought a pre-built PC and when it came out of the box it was great, everything was packaged nicely, the PC and all the accessories were nice and organised and the PC was easy to set up. Once it was up and running it looked amazing and you can tell a lot of care was put into it. Everything worked perfectly until I played a couple of CPU-intensive games and my CPU temperature would spike and would cause the PC to shut down a few times however I have contacted the customer service and they have been super helpful and informative. I have stayed in touch regarding the issue. Greatly recommend

Nothing bad to say, 1st time I purchased a custom pc, as I would normally do it my self, i do have to say the experience was flawless, customer service on point and the product is amazing. I will definitely recommend them and I will definitely will be using them in the future.
