PC came very fast. I had an issue with a faulty SSD that was diagnosed by the support team very quickly and was replaced immediately the next day without question. Since that the team has been nothing by helpful and my PC is running as it should. I feel very confident that if/when I need support for my PC in the future, I would get fast and helpful responses :)

A great experience from start to finish. Fantastic choice of top components from all the leading companies. Your website takes all the guesswork out of whether the parts are compatible. Even going so far as stopping you waste money i.e. choosing a wifi card when the feature is already included on the motherboard. Nice feature👍 . Vast choices, easy to see the price differences. I asked a few questions and was pleasantly surprised to be replied to with enthusiasm within 10mins. My custom top-end build arrived 1 day over the estimated time of a week. Very quick, and informed of its progress, right down to dpd who carefully delivered my pc and monitor with due care. I tried to 'build' the spec with other top sites but they either were more expensive or had fewer choices of components! I read the reviews and I just knew this uk firm with all their awards was the one to trust with our money. 5 🌟 pc builder. Thanks to dave g,service manager for your help 😊 again.

Very disappointed with CyberPowerPC. We bought four computers for our office, and three of them have had separate issues, constantly breaking down and interrupting our work. To make matters worse, when we needed to send them back, we were forced to pay for a return box—something that should absolutely be covered by the company. This is not good customer service, and frankly, it’s not our problem to pay for their faulty products. We expected better quality and support. We won’t be buying from CyberPowerPC again.

Bought a PC and monitor. Small hiccup when the site experienced an outage which meant despite ordering a next-day PC, it wasn't shipped until the following day, but support communicated that to me and wasn't an issue. PC arrived promptly the following day and is in perfect working order and well shipped. The support staff are very helpful, going so far as to send out a code for some games that would have come with the PC had I checked out with the right promotion in my cart. There is also a community support discord which are very helpful and have staff in there too, one of which responded very quickly when I posted a photo of the new PC to mention I should affix a certain part of a component that had fallen off, which I would have probably not noticed at all, knowing me. Really positive experience and I will rely on them in the future for anything concerning my PC.

Great fast system but occasionally crashes for no apparent reason.

2nd buy from Cyberpower and haven't regretted a bit to keep it sort i ordered a customised gaming desktop on a Monday but i realised on Wednesday that it will be shipped on Sunday not delivered, as my days off fluctuate i could not take the risk since i had it booked so i rang up customer service and ALAN (special thanks) said he will do his best to put it to production with no guarantees... a week to date Monday it is delivered and it's a work of art. absolutely perfect. everyone should be proud for the work they done. its not easy putting expensive things together and make them work seamless otherwise everyone could do it. Massive thanks to anyone involved.
