Received my PC today and everything works perfectly fine! All the parts are correct, cable management decent nice and clean. Everything turned on right away and runs smooth, straight to setting up windows and up and running in 10min downloading drivers. No troubles with anything so far for me, so great! If you looking to buy a PC, based on my experience I recommend this vendor, great transaction.

Great service overall, slightly let down by quality control though as some of the RGB cables wernt connected. If not for that wouldve been 5 star! Would still recommend to anyone looking for a decent custom built PC.

I cannot fault the Customer Service themselves, every time I had an issue, they were flawless. From emails, to phone calls. I have had a pleasant respectful experience, they've tried to fix my issues as quick and painlessly as possible. Even though I've had a few issues, from fault WD SSDs, to another where the PC power has cut out completely. They were easy to deal with, either okay to accept my refund request down to having a phone call and receiving a completely new build. New build is yet to arrive, however I only talked to Jacob on Wednesday, so that's not a fault at all. If I had to say anything negative, it would only be I've had a fault PC twice now, which also might not have been their fault. I don't know, I'm not a PC building person. What I can say is they seem to want to do everything they can to help you out when you need it. Just pick up the phone and give them a call! Either way they will be keeping my business in the future simply because their customer service and technical team have been flawlessly helping me out.

Delivery was fast - 2 days early Pc looks amazing and plays awsome The reason for the 3 star review is when the Pc arrived it came with a BETA version of the BIOS which was causing my CPU to go over 89 degrees and blue screen, If i didn't have a buddy who was PC savvy i would have been stuck. This issue took us 12 hours to figure out and i was very close to just sending the PC back. EDIT* It turns out the SSD installed doesn't work and they are aware of the issue. I was told today (9th October 2024) I would receive a new SSD the next day so I'll update if this fixes the issue

PC was well priced and arrived within a couple of days of me ordering it. Very easy to set up - pretty much plug and play.
