Every question I had was answered, staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I made numerous calls to them and they were always more than willing to help with any concerns I had. Best customer service I have had in years.

Straight forward service from ordering to delivery. I had to query an issue I had with their tech support and the wait time was next to nothing and the gentleman helping me helped talk me through to a solution. My purchase: I was expecting the pc to be build by an unprofessional when I heard all the negative views on social media, but really… it came built just fine. Everything is tightly in place and not dangling. I hear a lot of people say their pc doesn’t turn on, but I can’t really relate with that because the pc turned on just fine and runs smoothly. Delivery: The recent purchase from Cyberpower exceeded all expectations, particularly with their outstanding delivery service. Initially, the estimated dispatch date was set for the 24th, but to my delight, the PC was built and set up by the 23rd. Amazingly, the PC arrived on the 24th, the same day it was supposed to be dispatched. This efficiency meant receiving the order much earlier than expected.

While the msi laptop I bought is fine it is being sold defective, the second M.2 NVME slot is unusable at point of purchase. And when I approached the company they just blamed me off. I had to chase it up with MSI who were very quick to send the missing part. Also some of the internal structure I.e the Ram slots were misaligned. After i rectified the problems the laptop works as it should. Overall not terrible but could do better kind of experience. Ps I did give them the chance to rectify my problem. But just did it myself.

Their online chat helped me choose a good PC for me at a reasonable price. The PC arrived quickly and I had no problems powering it up, configuring it and using it.

From ordering to delivery the process was smooth, efficient and professional. My son is delighted with his new gaming PC!

High recommend the company for custom PCs. The call centre will super helpful in guidance for the right components and not pushing me to higher priced items. The build quality is excellent and the PC works well. They have a warranty and after sales support so ease any worries too.

Came really quick really good pc

I chose to have my PC built with the three-day-express build option but an unclear delivery option page resulted in the finished build being held back for several days, making the fast build redundant. When the PC arrived, it had several large dents and paint chips, none of which could have occurred during delivery as the packaging had no damage at all, which suggests the QA testing was no performed properly at all. I am currently waiting to hear a response about sending the PC back so it can have the damaged components replaced. The only reason this isn't a 1-star is the customer service team was quick and helpful about refunding the quick build part of the order, though that has yet to go through but has not been long enough to go through yet. Update: I have decreased it to a 1-star as the item arrived damaged a second time after a long delay. After spending £2,000 on this PC I expect it to arrive pristine and yet it has new forms of damage on it. This is an unacceptable and embarrassing display, one I will be requesting a full refund for.
