1st PC I purchased has been incredibly reliable and is performing well over the last 3 years. I recently bought another PC for my son, very pleased overall - my goTo place for PCs.

Quick and efficient I had made a mistake with my case size I was contacted and everything was corrected for my build phase thanks CyberPower 100/10 would recommend.

Misleading how many case fans you get though as the image on the configurator shows a lot of fans but by default those fans aren't selected, so I had to order more after I received the computer. The Radiator for the All in One cooler was weirdly installed (on the case not the part that goes on the Processor). One of the screws was wedged in the case and hard to remove. I had to remove and reinstall the Radiator as the power cable for the pump was on top getting pinched between the radiator and the case, it also gets hot so it could have eventually caused an issue. Other minor issue was that there were bits of a metal cable tie all around the case. Also a bit weird that they put the AIO cooler fans and the rear case fan all on one plug with a splitter when there were unused plugs on the Motherboard, even after I installed 3 more case fans there were some unused plugs.

The delivery was on time with no issues, system is running smoothly, the noise of the processor cooler could be improved for a change

Updated me on everything

I was really chuffed with my PC! I ordered what I wanted and then upgraded the fans and cooler for my order as soon as I saw they were available at a later date on the website. Everything arrived....as in even the cooler and 7 other fans that I had previously had in order. CyberPower apologised for the mistake as they weren't meant to send them to me, but mistakes happen. At a later date I was wondering why my fans were making so much noise. I checked and saw that the anti-vibration mounts were missing from my order. I contacted the CyberPowerUK Customer Support Supervisor Team and they were really kind, understanding, helpful and apologised for their mistake. They asked if I wanted a £9 refund. I asked if they could send out the mounts to me and they said yes. Mistakes happen but I'm glad it's sorted! Now my PC is nice and quiet!

PC was in good working condition. After paying £3.3k for a computer I was underwhelmed by the delivery. Case bits thrown in bag with a motherboard leaflet?! Had a better wecome pack for a pc I bought from them for half the price 4 years ago.

Gave me a broken pc. Sent it back to get fixed. Got it back only for the panel of my pc to also be broken after saying it’s been fixed. Then get one of the customer support people to barley help and somehow spell basic words wrong. Who have u lot been hiring?

Always there to help, answers questions in a timely manner. Just seems a really friendly and approachable business for someone who doesn’t really know a lot about computers. Thank you so much for your help.

Had a issue with paypal giving them the wrong contact information on my initial order, the customer service member had to cancel my order as he couldn't amend the information on their end due to PayPal, so had to do a refund got my refund back same day and ordered again using a different payment method instead. High quality build, processed my order on time honestly I couldn't be more happy with my new pc. Would highly recommend people to use them for any future builds
