powerful pc, good price

PC arrived on time and functioning very good. Very well satisfied with the service.

I had the PC for one month, the case came broken as the top panel snapped as soon as we took it off. We then had to send it back due to the graphics stuttered extremely badly for a 4080 super and it wasn’t up to the standard we thought it would be. We will buy another PC again due to I trust this company and the reviews are legitimate, just my PC wasn’t up to the standard I hope it would be. The service was fantastic, they helped me with everything I needed done such as updating my bios and genuinely helped me with the PC. I am just extremely disappointed with the way the PC worked. To add on, the courier service they use which is DPD lost my parcel in shipping for nearly a week and we weren't happy about that.

Amazing pc with great quality, and great customer service. Recently my pcs Rgb fans lights were beginning to not work properly, so I contacted customer support and within a few hours I received a reply, and once finishing our discussion I was told that the part with the problem would be replaced under warranty. I suggest all people reading this review to not use random sources on YouTube to fix problems in pcs from cyberpower, as the customer service is amazing and the problem will be resolved in less than a day, the problem with random videos is that they can sometimes damage your computer even more.

Amazing quality and super fast to build and send

The customer service was excellent, they went out of their way to ensure I had peace of mind with making a large purchase. The PC itself was built to a very good standard with high quality components. Although some work was required to adjust the bios settings and to ensure all the latest drivers were installed on arrival to allow some accurate fan tuning to stop it sounding like a jet engine. Other than this the PC was good to go out of the box.
