The whole process was faultless. I decided to opt for a custom build as I wanted to have something that gave me some future proofing. The communication was very well handled. When I reviewed the list of components sent by email, there was an item that I could not see, I phoned customer service the following morning. They checked the order, I had made a mistake at the order process. The item was added to the order and a couple of questions I had were resolved at the same time. I was kept informed throughout the whole process from ordering to delivery. Overall very impressed with the build quality and service.

If that's how they treat people before they get their money, imagine what they're like after they have your ££ Update 17.12.24 - Dave @cyberpower responding to my review ended up becoming THEE worst example of customer service I have ever encountered (I will have to write a whole other review for that debacle)

I bought a pre built desktop gaming pc and it is outstanding everything was perfect on cyber power end only problem was dpd so keep that in mind when ordering Dave g was outstanding for help and the quick response to the support ticket I can’t thank him enough would recommend very happy

Ordered my first gaming pc using the online configurator, no issues, good communication throughout the order to delivery with quick delivery and well packaged.

I paid 15 for next day delivery, it wasn’t delivery and there was no way for me to contact them to get the delivery fixed

I first came across Cyberpower computers in Costco and considerin buying a prebult one there as the specs and price were impressive in value for money. I came home and began to check out thoroughly anything I could find regarding Cyberpower. I was extremely impressed by excellent reviews from multiple sites about the companies computers and decided to go ahead and request a build to my specs mainly from the company. I was kept informed of progress of my build at all stages and so I am very pleased that I opted for a computer from Cyber power.

I have had so much trouble when it comes to learning about a GPU and trying to find out what’s best for me to buy in the GPU market. I had no idea what would work for my PC because there are so many different factors in play, your CPU, power supply, motherboard and more. As someone who had no idea what to do and no spare time to really look into what’s best for me, Curtis managed to give me the best customer service I think I have ever had from a company. He brought up my PC, saw all the components I had installed, and gave me a list of what he thought would be the best GPU for me to buy that would give me the biggest upgrade to performance. He answered countless questions I had flawlessly, and steered me away many times from getting a GPU that wouldn’t fit my system. I am blown away by the level of service I have had, I feel like I should had paid for the quality of service I have received. Curtis needs to be prompt to a head of customer service with his quality of care, I could not be happier now that I have found my GPU.

I did a lot of shopping around and comparisons of prices and reviews. CyberPowerPC came out on top for both. To add to this, next day delivery as well! Superb service, and the computer I received is a real workhorse! No expense was spared in the assembly, with all cables arranged tidy and out of sight where possible. I am beyond pleased!
