United States | 10 July 2020My account was set for paperless notices. I was locked out of my account and could not get anyone to resolve the problem. Unknown to me, my monthly payment was increased starting in April. I paid the amount I thought was correct in April, May and June. I called at the beginning of July to try to get my online account opened up. I was told I couldn't get access until I resolved my late payments. WHAT LATE PAYMENTS? I found out about the new monthly amount before the July payment was due. I paid the differences due for the 3 previous months and late fees, paid the July amount and $15 fee for paying online (?). I was asked if I was impacted by COVID-19 and said that was part of what was going on but mostly I had was not receiving any communication in the mail or by phone from PennyMac, and I could not access my account. I mentioned I was selling the house. I was told everything was good now, and transferred to the web people who finally resolved by access issue. I was happy to get into my account and get a payoff statement. Then PennyMac reports my account as delinquent to credit bureaus. Right when I'm going to be buying another house.

If I had questions I knew only had to wait until she got a hold of me and not worry about calling in at a good or a bad time. Although I'm sure my questions would have been answered if I felt I needed to call. Additionally, Ivonne never gave me the impression I was a bother or that she was rushed. Definitely took some of the anxiety out of the process.

United States | 08 July 2020Extremely helpful representatives. Got me a great rate and dealt with some hoops due to my circumstances. The communication was prompt, courteous, and answered my questions. Some of the documents needed had to be sent multiple times and the loan wasn't finalized until almost the day of closing--stressful. Overall, they did great but having to straighten out documents the day of closing is cutting things way too close, especially considering we had a 45 day window to operate in. I'll chalk it up to the virus related shutdowns which made getting things done a challenge. I am happy with the outcome and their services. Thank you Mike and Yuri.

United States | 08 July 2020The right hand and the left hand do not communicate. Worst experience I have ever had with a lender. Never been late with a payment. Credit reporting my monthly mortgage payment was over $12, 000 a month. Will never recommend this company. Called my mortgage loan officer and related my horrible experience. Will refinance just to be done with them!!!
