Fast delivery, very good quality products

No hassle buying order pay deliver all in 10 days thank you my furniture loks lovely.

The furniture came well packaged and is of good quality for the money. The delivery came when scheduled and according to the the delivery service stated on the website. My advice is to try and speed up the delivery service that is my only reason for not giving 5*

Like the furniture. The delivery notice could have been communicated better and earlier, but otherwise no complaints!

Problems with item delivered being faulty. Still waiting for collection date some weeks later. All very slow and getting a bit concerned as to whether goods will be actually collected and refund given. Managed to speak to someone today at Quercus who said that we would be contacted soon regarding a collection but no date yet arranged as manager was in meeting and unable to advise. We have had the unit some weeks now and still trying to arrange collection and refund. So hoping all is put right but rather concerned. Update......... Finally courier arranged email received advising of a 4 hour window. After taking a day holiday from work Courier never turned up to collect..No response to chasing Calls to courier and a whole day off work wasted.. The next day whilst I was at work I received a call from the courier stating they where on the way and would be there to pick up in about 10 minutes ridiculous .......not even an hours notice (a very reasonable boss let me rush off and took the afternoon off go home for the collection. ) . No receipt for collection or any paperwork was given and was told "we don't give paperwork. All very unprofessional. And Finally ........ No full refund given - surely we should receive a full refund for faulty goods- we have only received a partial refund for the faulty goods. No response from Quercus when chased via email or phone. Luckily paid by credit card so will be reporting to them as not wasting any more time.....

Pleased with the chest of drawers and the colour - however we cannot get the screws to bite and keep he handles on to one of the drawers. It seems on another one the holes are too far apart for the screws to fix on to both ends

Whilst the furniture is good quality and is priced competitively, the customer experience of using this company is certainly not pleasant. I received no formal confirmation other than a WorldPay receipt for the transaction which specifically states it is not an order confirmation. This is despite emailing and phoning the company to this effect. In the end after a week I got someone calling me back on a dodgy mobile signal whom I could barely understand saying it would be despatched soon. In addition they used a delivery company called Avanti Express who frankly manage to give a customer experience significantly worse than Quercus. They called with a proposed delivery date which I didn't know at the time would be suitable. I then left them a voicemail and also sent a text message informing them about the fact it was after all suitable and despite several attempts at contacting them by the time I eventually got a hold of someone they said they were no longer able to meet that date now and refused to accept that I'd sent texts or left voicemails. In then end it was delivered but I would have to think hard before recommending. Overall, very happy with the product but the service behind it was very poor indeed

I ordered 5 pieces online delivered really quickly within the time frame given i ordered express delivery arrived in 10 days.Items packaged very well. Really competive prices. i would reccomend this company

Great service - ordered on Tuesday, phone call on Wednesday and delivery on Friday - call by drivers to let me know they would be there in 20 mins. Huge piece of furniture but not trouble bringing it in - unpacked and took packaging away. The drawers had slipped in side the unit during transportation but they guys made sure they were all out and ready to assemble before they left The unit was exactly as the website described - lovely dark wood colour and no scratches or damage. Only little niggle was that the drawers didn't fit exactly flush but they slide perfectly - its relatively minor issue and doesn't detract from overall look of the unit. Overall very happy with service and product - and a really good price too - recommended :)

I was kept well informed of my expected order delivery date and the courier used contacted me regarding times, it was delivered in great condition and is a heavy quality piece of beautiful furniture and was customised exactly as requested and sits perfectly in my living room, I would definately buy from Quercus again

good quality, well built siedboard - very good value for money!

The product is actually formed of several oak pieces glued together. The standard of workmanship isn't great - some gaps between joined oak pieces and glue overruns are also evident in several places. Does the job but don't buy if you are a perfectionist.
