The lady who supervised my test was so lovely and very clear with instructions.

A very easy experience, my clinician was really friendly and results arrived a few hours later.

Lateral flow test experience was first class. Many thanks. The only downfall was that I was not asked to produce the certificate at any point during my flight to and from Amsterdam and I really question the airline for insisting that I have one. On the other hand, I guess that hopefully my payment will help towards the overworked and underpaid NHS.

Very pleasant facilities and lovely, friendly nurse. We were also allowed to be tested quickly within 1/2hr of arrival despite a booking error for our expected appointment slot. Great experience overall.
