I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Crescent in customer services for all her help in managing all my tests. I dropped off my fit to fly test for next day results at their Dorking office yesterday and by this morning I had my result. Just hope that my lateral flow test and day 2 test go as smoothly.

I was very impressed with this company... booking an appointment was very easy... no waiting when I arrived... was told I would get my results within 24hrs and I got them back the same day... I will definitely use these again!!!

I will definitely be using Medwyn Occupational Health for any further Covid tests. They were professional, easy to arrange, very friendly staff, super quick with results (same day even through guarantee was 6pm next day) and a thoroughly easy process from start to finish

I ordered a home lateral Flow and a home PCR. Both arrived quickly, and i got the PCR test result back within 5 hours of it arriving at the lab (about 30 hours after I posted it).

DO NOT TRUST! I paid for a clinic PCR fit to fly test, results by 6 p.m. next day. Lovely nurse - all went well, very professional. NO RESULTS! I rang 1745 next day - no answer. The 'chatbox' function was live but no answer for 10-15 minutes 'Matthew' rang the lab and my sample had not even been processed! When I asked 'Matthew' if this happened from time to time he did not bother to answer - or sign off - or acknowledge at all. Such rudeness and lack of professionalism and basic customer care. Such a shame - Medwyn surgery has such an excellent reputation and this service has let it down

The tester Viki was lovely, test was simple and not too complicated to book. Shame about the charge for a mandatory test just to be able to leave the country though.

Superb, booked for my parents and tests results were delivered the same day as received by the clinic which was a Friday so thankfully they can get back to work. (they've gone mad being at home for 2 days haha!). Thank you and they also answer the phone to address queries - very helpful when there was so much uncertainty.

Until now, I still have not received my test result. It is absolutely unacceptable. I request to get a refund.

The procedure was easy to do and the video appointment was right on time. We received our certificates four hours after the test, which was fine. However, we were fortunate, since the original appointment was on a Saturday and a few hours beforehand we were asked to change it to the next day due to “a kink in the system.” We had the flexibility to do so, but we would have been in difficulty had we not been so lucky.
