The whole experience was Great from start to finish. Even though I attended the centre for a PCR test just before Christmas, I received the results before the time stated!.. We booked a 'Day 2' PCR test before returning to the UK, which is mandatory (the booking reference has to be entered onto the UK government's passenger locator form). Booking was painless, we were both seen ahead of our appointment time, everyone was very polite and efficient, and the PCR results were emailed later that same day, even though we had paid and had expected them by end of the next day. Parking in Dorking was next door to the clinic. So, recommended!

The testing process in itself was fine. The extortionate price and lack of availability is absurd. These are specific fit to fly tests and hence availability of these should not be significantly impacted by the surge in cases, and should in fact drop given many have cancelled travel plans. To have to drive over an hour to get to a testing site and pay £130 for a pcr strikes me as being under supply probably supported by the government in order to allow private companies to charge extortionate margins on these tests. One wonders which Tory cabinet member was paid to get these lucrative contracts!

All good, apart from having to wait in car but that's understandable. Very helpful and great standards. Fast results too.

I was initially greeted by a very polite young lady on the reception desk, and asked to wait. And right on my appointment time the clinician arrived to guide me to the test. Every part of the process was mentioned, and when I was happy and the paperwork signed the test was administered. I received the result about 30 mins later by email 📧

I booked PCR tests for my husband and I on our first morning in a trip to the UK from the Netherlands. The results came in earlier than expected which gave us even more time to see family. The centre were also very fleixble when we have to move our Antigen test ro a day later to accomodate changing requirements. Staff were very friendly and profressional.

All went smooth and easy. Been there with a couple of minutes before my appointment and I had to wait only for 5 minutes. Got the results back next day @2pm which was perfect for me, the flight was planned for 10pm.
