Not the greatest service.. I bought my daughter for a fit to fly pcr test 3 days prior to travel which was plenty of time to get the result the following day by 6pm. However on the following evening, after 6pm and after office hours we had a call to say the test had been ‘lost’ and could we come back the following morning to re-do the test!! Not only was this extremely stressful as it meant we had only one day left to do another test and get the result before her flight but we lived 2.5 hours drive away! Thank goodness we had that extra day to drive all the way back and re-do the test and get the result by midnight. If she’d been flying that day she would have had to miss her flight with all the knock on consequences of that. I believe there were several other people in the same position as us having to redo tests due to first ones being lost. However the redone test went smoothly in the end and we received the emailed result and certificate just before midnight in the nick of time, phew!

Appointment on time, friendly and professional tester and amazingly fast results of Rapid Antigen test (within 30 minutes). First class service.

Received very good service - would definitely use again - straight in at booked time, no wait, very pleasant lady took the sample without discomfort. A huge difference to long wait in crowded area experienced at Victoria station with a different provider!

I booked a video appointment for the antigen test. The process was simple and the doctor I saw was great and explained everything well, she also answered all my questions (I had a lot in light of constantly changing rules). My partner and I have used them before for travelling between France and the UK and each time it has taken a lot of the stress out of the process. Highly recommend.

Nice easy booking system, i had a few questions, and found the online chat very slow, but using the phone worked fine. The medical record i was asked to complete, replicated the info i had already given in the application, and asked for a Medoh number, it would help if a wee note was added that this Is only given, (and necessary), for people arriving into the UK, and not leaving. The centre is great, staff brilliant, efficient, and on time, the test was very comfortable, and quick. I received 2 printed certs within 20 min, and boarded my flight with no issues. So, all in all, i would definately recommend Medwyn for getting tested

The appointment was easy to book on-line. When we went for the appointment we were tested at the prescribed time. The testing process was friendly and efficient and we were delighted when we received our results 18 hours earlier than specified.

Very good service. I’ve not awarded 5 stars because I don’t seem to have a QR code with my result and that would have been very useful to add to my French passé sanitaire.

Very stressful. I had to contact customer service chat twice to get the certificate. They sent my September certificate first and then luckily Lucy, who is amazing and very helpful sorted it out for me. Please give a massive bonus to Lucy for being so good.

Please don’t waste your money ordering a fit to fly test with this company. I posted my test on Wednesday in a priority postbox (as instructed) for my flight on Friday evening. Eventually got my results with just a few hours to spare of the 72 hour window (more of an insult than anything) and way after the time I needed the results for my flight. They cannot accept any responsibility as they are blaming Royal Mail not delivering the test on time, and have zero insurance scheme with them so that they can offer customers compensation. It would be much more beneficial to go to a company who can deliver and will at the very least refund you when you don’t get the results you pay for on already overpriced tests.

Attended with my son and we were both tested together rather than as separate appointments. Daisy made us feel welcome and fully explained the procedure and results process. Results received within the hour. Very efficient service!
